That outdoor shower is so BOSS...I'd take a shower out there evernight in the summer, after it gets dark with all the bedroom lights out...and in the rain too....After smoking some good weed...NICE!
So many people buy these condos with big windows and keep them covered up after a month and never look out again. Spacious, yes, but a floor plan that's very specific to a certain buyer. Elegance is an emotional attachment and not an objective thing on the as-builts. I think those stairs, being boxed on the underside, are likely very loud and annoyingly so. Tall ceilings, open floor plan, atrium entry foyer; oh yeah lots of noise.
I watched many videos of villa, now I'm switching to penthouses. So far, this women is the first spokesperson (?) who presented the house in a representative way. I appreciate that. However, the balcony does not inspire me. Whilst the floor can be changed, the wall itself is too closed; It obfuscates the sight when lying down enjoying the sun. Secondly at that hight, it still seemed quite noisy. How does one relax outside? Finally the windows: not big enough --> way too much white beams.
First of all it is not a house. It is a condo which happens to also be a penthouse.A home and a house are two different things.Maybe you should stick to the projects.
Wow, the place is so bland, cold and uninspiring. It just screams for accent walls, texture, better lighting, and some damn color. Don't be afraid of color. The terrace space is a million dollars all by itself. Hot tub, comfy seating and outdoor kitchen are the next upgrades. The all marble master bath is so typical of a builder mentality or an Arab personality. I hope it's heated flooring. Marble in Chicago is damn cold. Not enough TVs or variety of light fixtures. Needs a pair of cats.
