I'd love to see you play this again, cus it's so nice to take a trip down memory lane with Animal Crossing. As someone who played New Leaf, New Horizons always felt a bit, empty in comparison, but your large personality helps to fill it out more 😂 I'm playing my regular island alongside. You know, the one I've had since I got the game that I'm still somehow poor on, and get bored after a week and end up dropping it for a year HAHA! There's not enough fun stuff to do I feel like. It's mostly just daily chores that you're often punished for not doing. I played New Leaf for 5 years, consistently. I dunno haha! Maybe it's because I was a teen when I played New Leaf, and now an adult when I play New Horizons. Maybe it's my playstyle that shifted 🤔 And with the whole, parents getting older, time moving faster thing, I totally get how you feel silly for worrying about those things even at your young age. I'm freaking 22 and it drives me up the wall that instead of living my life to the fullest, I'm struggling with whether I've done enough, if I'm on the path I want to be on, if I'm taking the right steps towards my goals. Ugh it's such a crushing feeling to fall down that rabbit hole and I found myself tearing up while you talked about it. A freakin' fish got away cus I was listening so deeply to you HAHAHA! But yeah, I just wanted to clarify that you're definitely not alone in your feelings, and you're absolutely not crazy or silly for worrying about those things. Obviously there are other things we can be worrying about, but it happens sometimes, and I think it's something everyone goes through from time to time.
