I hesitate to say this riff is better than the original all time classic Sazerac but I'll let you in on a secret - It was so good I had to have a couple of them!
Chocolate Sazerac
60ml whisky
15ml white creme de cacao
7.5ml sugar syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Absinthe wash

When I made this back in the day I found my bottom shelf chocolate liqueur I did not need to add more simple syrup. Great riff.

I like to keep my absinthe in a dasher bottle and whenever a cocktail calls for an absinthe rinse I just add 2-3 dashes to drink a similar effect. I like the idea of using an atomizer though, might need to pick one up

There are a bunch of websites that sell similar shirt. Different prices, probably different quality as well. I think the first one I went to was called Hardaddy (others will get advertised to you if you open one of them)
