If you've been watching my videos for a while then you know that something I love to do is put together videos that capture my memories from the preceding year. This is my second time undertaking the 1 second a day goal (see sophomore year for the other). 2016 has been my best year yet and this video captures one second a day of it for the entire year. Cheers to 2017!

amazing to see the comments on this video. People saying their lives are too boring to participate in something like this, if you didn't notice many of her clips were just of food music or working out, small things. you don't have to live a big life to appreciate ONE second of your day, literally one. She is just like you and I, but she is a do-er, not one to stop herself just because she doesn't do THE MOST exciting thing every day. this video should inspire you to appreciate more, do more, be more. Stop complaining simply because you can not embrace one second of your day, enjoy what you have. Your life is not hers, but you cant sit there and tell me theres nothing in your life that you love, and that moves you and keeps you inspired. Use it, channel it and create a day you'd want to see every second of the day.

I love the concept, and that she at least went out most days of the year to do something. She showed us the good single seconds in her days. Of course she hangs out in her own bed and sleeps in and has boring days too. She just chose to show us the highlights, and the fact that there was a highlight for even one second everyday can be a great reminder not to take things too seriously.

I started taking a second everyday at the beginning of the year. For me it was kind of difficult at first because I’d have to keep reminding myself that I was doing it so I wouldn’t miss a day. However, eventually it just becomes apart of your routine. Though on days when I don’t really do anything I sometimes find myself scrambling to video something before it’s too late 😂. Also I just realized you asked this 2 years ago haha.

I was inspired when this was first uploaded to do this, and I just finished it for the spring semester. I'm really shocked at how much the project helped me to appreciate my life. Most of my clips are little things, not incredibly interesting, but when you put them all together you're literally watching your life pass by and it made me really glad I was there to see it.

This video is seriously beautiful. Teaches you that even a second can be something you treasure forever. Make every day the best you can and make every second count. Value your friends and family but most importantly: value your life for what IT IS. Your life is beautiful whether you like to stay in bed all day or like to hang out with friends. Whatever makes you happy is what truly makes your life unique from others. Honestly love how realistic and heartfelt this video is. Love this and learned to love my life for what it is.

You really have the best life, hanging out with friends and going out. Maybe every couple of days you would just be sitting at home when it would be the opposite for me, where I would go out every couple of days. The main problem would probably be that i'm a couple years younger than you and not really trusted to go out on my own but also that my life is just me on my computer then eating then sleeping. My eyes are watering while watching this!!!! Everything was so beautiful and well put together. I also just found this video out of nowhere and wasnt subscribed and so when I saw that you went to UNC it gave me goosebumps. That is my absolute dream school and after seeing some of the footage of how beautiful it is there and how you live your life at college there it just makes me want to be there even more and i didnt even know that was possible!!! Ahhh so thank u for making this 10/10 appreciated all of it, also love how much you travel
