ive always wondered about the safety and parasocial aspect of group trips where a public figure is hosting. It feels like anything less than the best case scenario (everyone is normal, doesnt violate your privacy, doesnt try to monopolize your time) would be a pretty uncomfortable dynamic for the host. obviously you and a lot of other creators have had great experiences, it just seems so wild to me haha

What worked for my dog with separation anxiety was to practice leaving the house for short bursts. 10, 15 minute trips out of the house got her used to the idea that we leave and come back a lot. Every time I came home I gave her a treat, which helped reinforce the idea that us leaving was nothing to be scared of. Really helped us, hope it works for you too!

this video hit close to home. growing up in rural south georgia, i totally understand what you mean. i find myself masking my personality all the time when i'm home not because i think I could hide anything (let's be real they should be able to put the pieces together lol) but because as a people pleaser and someone who is always searching for validation, i hate the feeling of being judged or thinking someone else could judge me for whatever reason. its actually a huge thing i need to get over and have been struggling with. i feel that showing less of myself is a defense mechanism to make myself less vulnerable but really i'm not even giving these people the chance to make a choice of whether they want to be loving or not out of fear of rejection and judgment.

I loved this video & your honesty! I'd love a coming out video. Your trips always look so fun but that's so scary how some people can be, honestly kudos to you for planning another I work as an assistant in the toddler room at a special needs school, I love these kids but the amount of work the teachers do is insane! I don't blame Jezzel one bit! I honestly wish I had her drive

i love keeping up with you and your life with Jezel and the new pup!!! watching you over the years, i completely feel the emotional/functional drains that you go through every once in a while ❣ Have you ever considered that you might be neurodivergent? I was late diagnosed adhd at 25 (now 27) and i can seriously relate to alot of what you've conveyed to us on camera. It might sound kind of crazy, but things like adhd, autism, etc. display really differently from person to person - I eventually found that the mental exhaustion/overwhelm and sort of random decreased mood were caused by my adhd. you're awesome! 💫

I feel you! In my experience it's no big deal to separate from the group/take time for yourself when you need it (which is what I've done on general trips). I just feel guilty doing that on the ones I'm hosting haha

@@MorganYatesVidsmaybe incorporated in the agenda there can be days where you are scheduled to not be with the group (but an activity is still planned) Is that allowed? Lol I am an extrovert but the thought of being “on” for 7 days sounds draining

My fiancée and I are long-distance and we've only ever spent time together in Rio de Janeiro & various parts of western Europe. We are normally very affectionate even in public in those places & it feels safe to do so. I live in Georgia, thankfully Atlanta, but I'm still nervous on navigating the PDA thing when she moves here. I've never been out with a partner here. I hate that it's something that we have to worry about as same-sex couples.

Have you noticed that RU-vid has changed? For example, youtubers/influencers posting less and less these days, no BeautyCons, no VidCons, and no creator summits!

When it comes to cheap sunglasses (ray ban dupes), I've noticed that many people on RU-vid/Instagram/Tik Tok are into round, hexagonal, oval, and/or irregular shaped pairs these days, but not aviators, wayfarers or clubmasters. Does that mean I can't wear aviators, wayfarers or clubmasters? Just asking for advice.

i don’t necessarily think it’s obvious to say that you contribute more - no shade at all that that’s what you do and what works for you - but wouldn’t discount that others can do it differently (eg 50/50 split regardless of income) and there’s nothing/atypical about that either !

Totally! As Jezzel continues to earn more, we get closer to 50/50 and that's the goal. I just feel like it's equally common for one person to earn more, and feel like that seems ~taboo~ to talk about when it shouldn't be
