I love this model watch, the Shogun but anyone paying retail for this watch or any Seiko is a fool! Do not pay anymore than $1,200 for this watch.

@@JustBlueFish Indeed! I own both the 143 and 213 and I’m pleased with both! FYI….if you can find the OEM black silicone strap found on the 147 and put it on the 143 it looks amazing. I think all the 62mas models should have came with the bracelet and matching silicone strap. For my 213, I put the blue silicone strap found on the Willard and it’s perfect! Cheers!

This is basically the Seiko Shogun with new dials - I have both the white and black dial version and this thing is gorgeous in the flesh - no doubt, this is the same too - can't wait to see if they do a EU version of the watch in the near future

I'm not sure if it's exactly the same case/design as a Samurai, off the top of my head, it's been a while since I've seen one. But it's for sure very similar.
