2n House is not too bad, Although it needs Cosmetic and needs painting. The backyard is not big at all. Tear all the Trees down. I have to admit I loved the Primary bathroom. Asking price should be $220,000 not $253,000.

That first house is a GREAT house potential for a younger buyer, especially if they have VA ability to get a reno loan. Even in PH, there's probably enough room to pull off a 70-95K update... the value is in the lot size and potential rental income. School ain't the best, but in THAT area, not that bad of neighborhood. The house just needs a lot of professionally planned work IMO. Not just a knockout of a wall or counter tops. There's enough space to fully gut and reconfigure to a 3/2, roof, windows, low maintenance landscape, fence in and privacy the back yard. 190k is 2022 prices....135-165k with the condition... I'd be surprised if it goes over 125... Irony, if that was college park, or Belle isle 300k in that condition is a STEAL

Think real estate across country is a massive balloon waiting to pop. Esp w blackrock buying up the real estate etc. Now factor in 6 7 interest rates insane. That first house 10 yrs ago would be 60k

I'd probably give $130-150,000 for that house. You'd have to put about $50,000 and do a lot of the work yourself.

$190k for a 65+ year old home that looks like it's a knockdown in crime hills, one of the most crime-ridden neighborhoods in the state? I'd laugh if it wasn't so damn sad. I wouldn't pay more than $75k for that dump

House number 1 for 190k! That’s insane. What a dump and neighborhood is not looking desirable Either. Still watching just had to comment already lol! I wouldn’t pay anything for it as I wouldn’t want to live in that neighborhood. House 2. I’m shocked how houses get so abused. Someone probably bought this house new or second owner. And they let kids or themselves just draw all over walls and it looks like they never washed their hands and there are black marks all around doors like they are stains from hands. I would t pay more than 100k. Quick paint and rent it out. The third house was nice.

My opinion….house #1 is a complete tear down. Hard pass.
