@@sergeigen1 Her name is Fuchsia Dunlop, and she has written several wonderful Chinese cookbooks. My favorite is called " Every Grain of Rice." You should definitely check out her recipes. She's wonderful!

The hedgehog was incredibly cute and an amazing example of craft (especially after I watched the video of chef Yu Bo prepping one in less than a minute!) and creativity.

fushia is so enthusiastic about the food and the place and trying so hard to get the guys approvale on the awsome food shes having served up and hes like...whatever lol poor fushia she needs her own show

her dining companion is a real dullard! She's brilliant and the food is transcendental, and all he can say is, "It's different, it's really different". Wow, deep really deep! I would have given anything to have been at that table eating Yu Bo's food and listening to her commentary!
