A simple and quick jam cake! So delicious you'll make them every day.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
sugar 60g (5 tbsp)
vanilla oil 5ml (1 tsp)
vegetable oil 80ml (1/3 cup)
milk 100ml (1/3 cup +1 tbsp)
flour 200g (1 2/3 cup)
baking powder 8g (2 tsp)
pinch of salt
jam 8 tsp
springform pan 20cm
bake at 175C (350F) for 30 minutes
