You Mr. Franta are one of the Seven Wonders of this world. You literally aren't afraid of anything and in my opinion you do take the best pictures I've ever seen! :) You have an eye for things I couldn't even IMAGINE! What I really like to do, I like to be by myself. I'm not the type of person who wants to be around a bunch of people, being around 1 or 2 people I'm more comfortable but I just really enjoy the feeling of being by myself. I also enjoy reading, if I'm not in my room I'm either watching videos or reading. In the car, at work break just anytime I get the chance too really.
What if he's like the secret 8th wonder of the world and the world kept him hidden because it saw how us humans somehow managed to taint the other 7 wonders and realized that Connor was too good to let us damage him. ( sorry hyperactive imagination ) :-)
Drawing, Singing ,and Photography are all my passions. Photography is the most meaningful to me. I remember stopping my dad on a nature hike to take simple pics like flowers or waterfalls every 5 minutes on my IPad

I like taking photos too. Nobody likes to come on a walk with me or anything because I always have my camera out! Great video, Connor, your videos have gotten so artsy. I love that!
A while ago you actually inspired me to start taking photos :) I was on the bus ride to a volleyball game that was like an hour away and a couple girls kept giving me weird looks because I wouldnt stop taking pictures out the window. That didnt stop me. I love taking photos and my instagram is now full of photography as well as my camera roll. My mom even gave me her old camera. I love taking pictures. :) thank you Connor

Connor, connor , connor. I have NEVER seen anyone as unique as you, or as brave as you. I would never stand on a restaurant chair or lay on the streets to take a picture JUST BECAUSE I'm to scared of what other people think. After reading your book and watching this video (or really any other video of yours) I learned that those people don't care. And that you shouldn't care what people think. I'm really just saying that you are my inspiration and idol. I look up to you so much because you are so fucking amazing. Inspirational, cute, funny, great at capturing the moment, lovable. I really like to sing and someday I want to be a singer, but nobody really believes in me and they say that I will never be a singer or 'famous' so I should do something 'normal' so I don't 'waste my time' :/ Don't know what to do actually bc nowadays everybody wants to be famous.. And I'm just a 15 year old girl, so what are my chances.. right?
I just had an orientation class today on what we should do after highschool, and noboby mentiens jobs like film directors, singers, artists... People are afraid of failure, people are small. There are so many people who wish of big lives, but so little actually give it a shot. If thats what you want to do, do it. Nothing is stopping you. Post covers on youtube, tweet them to your favorite singers, grab a guitar, a piano, start writing songs. Like Connor said, doesn't matter if it sucks at first, if you love it and are passionate about it, you'll get better. When you're ready, try to find a gig to play at. If singing is what you want to do, dont be afraid to show people that you believe in yourself. Prove them wrong, it will not only make them furious, but you will feel accomplished !
That's basically what I'm thinking :) But I got a little advice for you, one that my mom gave me: Of course you can pursue your dreams of becoming a singer, but having something stable to lean on as well will really help. In my case for example, I want to be an actress, which is a pretty risky job. Therefore I'm going to get a education in law, so that I have something to live on while trying to pursue my dream :) I hope this helped, have a lovely day xxx

I swear everything Conner said in this video I can relate to when I see something I have to take a pic sometimes I'll be walking with my friends when suddenly I see a great picture I personally call it my 'photography eye' sometimes I go to high limits just to take one photo. My dad asked me when do I know to take a picture truth be told I don't know I just get a feeling then I take a picture but honestly the world is beautiful u just have to look a little more closer

I been telling people that for years, since 1969. I like art. Recieved an art award in school. Many saying to this day I should have. Why not? Because I do so for my enjoyment. In class and art galleries, I hear of personalizing the art. Not into that. To me you just enjoy the piece or not. Thats all I do it for. Not to analyze it.

Maxi C. find out what makes you happy, the sooner the better, and then fight for it, when you're about to enter adult life (means after school), you'd have to be brave enough to decide by yourself about what you're going to do, what path you're going to choose, or someone else will decide it for you, it's not going to be fun. And keep believing that you can do anything if you have the will, and the gut 😅.
Anyone else out there feels like they DONT have a hobby or talent except being on the Internet? Like seriously, all of my brothers and sisters have something they're known for, like best singer, fastest at running, but me? Everyone in my family sort of brushes me off. I've tried every hobby. Sports, no. Singing, no. Dancing, NO. The only thing I'm good at is Creative Writing. Give me something to write about, and I'll give you a great 2-page story in 20 minutes. But none of my family knows that. They just call me the "Smart" kid because they don't know what else I can do, so they assume I just get Straight A's. I want to be known for something. Something good.

You should use your writing talent to your advantage! Enter competitions, write stuff on the internet for people to read. Show your family your talent. I sure wish I could write stories that quick, it would help in English class. :)
Omg same. I'm known for my writing i guess but I feel like it's getting worse. I play piano violin and guitar but I'm not that passionate about it. I tried drawing, eh. Singing? Hell no. People say I'm athletic, smart and artistic but seriously though, I'm not. I really want a hobby that doesn't involve electronics and that I'm passionate about.

I like to create, but not exactly in the way most people assume I like Chemistry. I like Physics. I like Engineering. I like spending hours in my basement messing around with wires and motors and wood in order to make little amateur robotics projects. Most people think creativity lies in the arts, but it's so much more than that. I create things in a chemistry lab, I create things in my basement, I create things whenever I open my physics book and explore the wonders it has to hold. I just wish people appreciated the sciences more than they do. They're truly fascinating.
This is so much true. I, myself, like to understand. Deconstruct and put togheter systems of thought to look at the world. And science is the most beautiful tool to achieve that. Sometimes people look me strange when I talk about the beauty of a physics formula, or the elegance of a biological mechanism. But when you look at something beautiful as a sunset, and you know why and how all this is happening, or you look at someone's eyes and you can see in your mind much more then what's on the surface. That is beauty. I'm happy to see other people get this as well.
I'm terribly sorry that people don't appreciate your creative mind. I can say that I honestly admire the fact that you are able to grasp at these complex physics and chemistry concepts and develop new ideas. I wish I could do the same! When I open a chemistry or physics book I try to understand the material being presented, and eventually I do, but I cannot imagine myself creating new ideas based off what I have struggled to understand. Keep being creative!
I totally get that. The way things work, the reason they work, and how or why they can be improved are, I think, the best and most interesting questions we can ask. I care more about why something works than if it works, and I think that that curiosity and creativity are some of coolest traits that humans have.
Becca Moses You say that. IMHO the abilty to effectively ask ourselves and work out answers to such questions makes the human brain so fascinating, in all it's inner complexity.
One thing I absolutely love doing is writing, I feel as if I can express my feelings through writing and have my characters say what I feel. Not many people would think writing is interesting, but the fact that you can basically create your own world without any limits is amazing because in that world you have your own set of rules you can follow and it's just a get away from the actual world we are living in. For me I write everyday, even when I'm at school I always think of something new I can create and I always just write. I can't help it writing is my favorite thing to do and many people may find it foolish but I like the fact that I can create something that someone else can enjoy.
It's awesome that you love writing so much ^-^ I hope that you keep doing it! You never know, maybe someday you write a book or something :) *writing is cool :3*

Maybe you don't want to or maybe you cant but seriously all everyone has ever told me is if you don't enjoy something quit! If you hate your college quit it just leave you have years and years to sort out your college education. If you love dance then dance! Dance like no one is watching! Dance in the hallways of your shitty school as if your dancing your way out of there! All you need is the courage to do exactly that. Good luck with your dreams x

Fangirl...i like to attach myself to things that are hard to reach , so i know i will never lose it because I've never found in the real world . I've lost too many people and had too many nights where i cried my self deeper into the never ending pit of depression. i love baking. every single thing about it. i love mixing the batter, putting it in the oven, feeling the warmth come out as i open the oven up again. but my favorite thing is when people eat my treats and i see their faces light up. all of my friends wanna be famous and in movies, but being in the spotlight scares me. i wanna stay here in my hometown with my little ole bakery, doing the thing that i love.
I love baking too, but the worst thing is when you love doing something but suck at it. I have been baking for years and for years now majority of my food doesn't come out the best, I've learnt to just laugh at my mistakes and keep baking because it makes me happy even though I'm terrible at it. And if someone says if I keep trying I'll get better, I know that's why I keep baking, because I'll get better and it makes me happy. But it's been 8 years since I discovered the hobby and I'm still pretty bad, oh well....
Connor, you won't probably see this or maybe you will but I actually need help. I want to take photos and be a professional photographer. I wanna travel the world and experience things that I've never experienced before. I wanna go out there and explore the world. I wanna make blogs and videos about the places I go to. The only thing that stops me from achieving my dreams are my parents. I know thats kinda dumb but my parents wants me to be a surgeon or something related to being a doctor. I don't wanna let them down. I told my dad about it and he disagrees with my decision. I just want a simple advice from you on what I should do. I'm 15 (( if that helps )).
I always say to myself it's my life not theirs and they want what is best for you. They want you to have a job that makes you enough money to do things but not a job that makes you happy and everyone grew up with the thought that they needed a job that made them money. I used to want to be a lawyer because my parents said I would make a lot of money and then I dropped that thought because I found out that I wanted to create art in all of it's forms whether it's writing or taking pictures and I say start now before it is too late. If your parents see you doing something that you love and something that makes you happy I'm sure that they might just change their mind :) and maybe take some pictures for them too of things that they like and yeah I hope this helped
Try to slowly show them how much you like taking photos, and how happy does that make you... Show them that although you love them, you should be the one who decide what you want to do in your life. Show them that you will take their opinion in consideration, but the final choice is you who will make. Let them know that you actually thought about it, and how you will live being a photographer and that that's not just something that crossed your mind once. I hope my advice helped you :)
You have to prove to them that you can make a lot of money, and do something with your life. Show them you can make a difference just by doing photography. That is something you love right? Show them how much you love it! Take pictures and enter them into contest. You will improve your photography everyday. Just because your parents want you to become a doctor of some sort, doesn't mean it's always going to work out for you. They just need to put there "glasses" on and see that! If you love something, then nothing will get in your way of doing it.
What do I love to do? I love playing music, because whether I'm good at it or not, music is something I'm emotionally attached to. I love drawing, because whether I'm good at it or not, art is something that has inspired me since I was a baby. I love spreading smiles - anonymously or not. Even little things like writing compliments on a note and slipping them into all the lockers, can help someone. And it makes me feel so warm inside. Everytime I think of those smiles I had spread, I feel happy myself. That's the only way I can feel happy - through others. That's why I love it.

I like to take photos. Some people will think I'm just saying this because this what you said, but no. Since a very young age, I have loved art. Photography being one of the arts that I love. I often get criticised for liking to take photographs and my mum often gets impatient on many different paths (be it in the woods, the beach or even the town) but I love to do it. The feeling you get when you look at the picture you've taken and made into something that makes you happy, I love that feeling. Yeah, I like to take pictures.

I love to write. I love telling a story, and imbedding philosophical connections and imaging a new world. I love the research of topics I wish to use and creating a framework of my thoughts, ideas, and values. The power of words are unimaginable. Beyond reading and writing, language is our greatest invention. We can tell of unknown places, express deep emotions, and share knowledge, all through language. And I love it.
That is exactly how I am! Whenever I get an idea for a story, I'm sure to right it down. I can't summarize things well, because I like describing fluently. Im actually currently, writing a book, and the support I've got from my family and friends is amazing. I may be only 12, but I won't let that stop me.
I like ballet. I get teased a lot because of this. I'm not the stereotypical ballet girl who's fit,where's a perfect tutu,with a perfect bun in the middle of her head I'm not fit, my hair DOESNT go into the perfect bun, I'm not flexible and I don't dance on point. I'm the type of person to get noticed during a show for looking at the ground or into the lights, who goes off and makes up her own choreography in the back because I think no one can see me but of course everyone can, And mostly because I look different, because in not tall and fit and I refuse to let someone else do my makeup and I have glasses But I do it any way I like it and it makes me happy 😘 Ps love you Connor your my inspiration😘 thank you
if thats what makes you happy then go for it. you dont have to fit into a stereotype. im a little chunky myself and i take ballet classes with girls that are twigs. its okay to be different, its okay to stand out a little, that just makes you who you are
I love ballet too it's just I say that my favorite sport are softball and basketball because that is what my parents want me to do. Like I said when my best friend was over I wanted to go to jofry ( I know that is not how u spell it but it is one of the best dance colleges in New York) and my parents laugh thinking I was kidding and my friend had no clue what it was I do not know what to do and I wanted to be on my dance schools competition team and the laughed too😪😥 i do not know what to do😩
