A Slow Snowy Day - Making Marmalade with our Own Oranges
It’s a snowy day in our village - it’s -9 here most evenings. Though the countryside is stunning It’s time to hibernate indoors.  I decide to do some off grid cooking and make some marmalade on our woodstove. We were amazed to be able to grow our own oranges this year!
