This new small single wide mobile home is basically a tiny house with a lil extra square footage! Stayed tuned I toured several brand new prefab home models and they will all be coming very soon! This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Winston Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Naples” This home has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and has roughly 495 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Chance, as a single retiree lady, I really liked everything about this home. First off, I loved the front porch, and I know I would get a lot of use out of it. Also, with owning a couple of small pets and the layout, it seemed just perfect. So thank you for showing the single wide tiny home. I truly appreciated it.

We all know the corner where the much older gents nightly meet...well grandma wouldn't dare hang out on any corner so the quaint porches comforting to me, except the perma-parking-pad would be somewhere picturesque.

dont be stupid. these houses come empty . u have to rent land which will cost the same price as buying your own land after paying land rent for 40 years and money down the drain. u have to insulate . u have to pay electrical , water /sewerage contractor etc etc etc . cheaper to buy real brick and mortar house /land even if it need minimum repairs

Very nice home for a single person just starting out, or retired couple or retired single person. Contrary to some beliefs, LOVE the front porch...i would just add a swing!!! Very well designed abd nicely staged. Thank you, Chance.

I'm shocked I'm even saying this, but I kinda like it. By far the best tiny home I have ever seen. It needs some changes - enclose the front porch for an office, lose the cabinets around the bed, and replace all interior doors with pocket doors if possible. I'm also gonna need two of those tiny homes...maybe three. And then it's the perfect tiny home ever! ❤😁

I really liked the kitchen and livjngroom. I'd change the range hood for an over the stove nuke. I think it would be cool to stretch it out a bit to include a second bedroom and maybe a 16 or 18 wide. Big enough for a single person or older couple. That second bedroom would be great.

This is the perfect tiny house. I’d live here in a heartbeat. After years/decades of not having a covered porch, I visited a friend on a rainy spring day and we sat on the porch and enjoyed a very peaceful afternoon. The porch is important. But the laundry room and large closet seal the deal!

That's so cute! I told my husband that this is all we would need for a lakefront cottage. He agreed with me with one exception - he would need a very large pole barn way out behind the cottage.

In Florida, they would sell plenty of these. Like Chance explained, there are higher wind zones in Florida than in other states. To have any chance of these homes surviving a hurricane, it will cost more than in other states. Many people, including me, would pay more for a house that can withstand the winds experienced here.

My house is an old 1924 house and no closets or laundry. Even though I’ve added a washer in my kitchen and dryer on the enclosed porch. This tiny home is awesome and I love the open porch. And it has a laundry room together.

If i was on my own, this would be a perfect space.. it was such a cute home! I liked the kitchen.... And i liked the built in cabinets in the bedroom. That was a really nice touch! I agreed with others that the porch should at least have the option to be enclosed or screened in, just to be able to expand the living area a bit more, but it's something that could be added later if the option wasn't available, so not a deal breaker.

I love everything about this smaller home. Great use of storage, nice closet in the bedroom, beautiful styled kitchen, a nice util-tee room and then there's that porch! I'd move in there in a heartbeat! I'd put in a shub instead of a tile shower though. This is a great home for sure! I don't need a lot of space. The smaller the home, the less to keep clean! 😂

This little beauty... one of the best tiny homes I've ever seen. All things are exactly where they should be. It's a perfect size or I certainly think it is. I'm retired, single with one little dog & would love to have a yard for her. As it is, I live in a senior, 62 + 14 story high rise in COS & we do have a dog park but it is across the parking lot & isn't the easiest place to get to especially when we get snow & believe me... this winter, we've had our share & then some. It takes me 15 min to get my coat, gloves, boots, scarfs, & hat on before I can attempt to take her out. We are out there for 3 to 5 min. I'd buy this place yesterday. It's a great size & has everything you need. Real easy on the eyes, as well. I really love placement & size of the porch, being on the end, the structure appears larger than it is. Kitchen is a nice size & is set up perfectly. Good closet space in the bed, but I'm a bath gal so I'd rather have a free-standing tub so, that would be the only change I'd make. Lots of windows (that open) & that's a deal breaker with me. Gotta have fresh air. I'm over the moon, with this place. Congrats to the manufacturer. Great job!! Blessings, Kathy Sue

They did a great job utilizing every bit of space. There's actually more storage in this tiny house than you would find in some of the larger homes. A bit pricey for 400+ square feet, but overall, a nice home.

For a single person this is perfect home. I love the kitchen sink for me I would get a small ref and on the bottom small dish washer. I love double rack washer and dryer. Over all love this home. Thanks ohhhh! That's expensive!😮

Chance, this was a very cute tiny house. I'm surprised at the high price. Then I thought about in Florida they have to be zoned 2 or 3. So maybe that is why the house is so high. You should mention in the videos if they are higher due to them being zoned differently. Also in looking at tiny houses lately I have been told that a tiny house can be up to 900 sq. ft. Loved the video and tell the family hello. Them 2 kids are just precious. 💜🦋

Yes! I like the closet without the wire whatever they are-tired of seeing them. This is ideal for a single. Very pretty & the small-step & in shower is great 4 us seniors. Great vid👍🏻

Really nice floor plan for size as for price, if well made not bad, we paid 100k for 32ft diesel pusher when we were full time RV’ing. That they worked full size side by side refrigerator in it is plus too.

Wow, the price is way too high for a 1br. I love being outside, but I’d rather have a smaller/no porch and use that extra space for another bedroom. That price is still too high for a tiny home. Those things haven’t been cheap for years, though. Thanks for the video!

Overall, this is a really cute place! A few things I'd change - 1) move the stove/oven next to the sink and make it a gas/propane stove; make the area the stove/oven came out of into a desk. Keep the drawers and cabinets around the desk as they are. 2) swap the bathroom with the back door/washer area - so that guests don't go into the bedroom to get to the bathroom. 3) put additional cabinets over the bed for additional storage (there is never too much storage!) 4) A roll-out pantry on one side of the fridge would be an excellent addition instead of the cabinet. I really love the rest of the place, honestly! I've lived in a 399 sq ft park model tiny home before, as well as full time in a 38" and another time full time in a 28" RV, and this place would be just perfect with these changes! Thanks for showing it, nice job!

This is cute. Adding a shed and carport will add storage space or an office. Sixteen feet wide would be better. The corner eating area is an awesome touch. There is likely storage under the seat cushions.

Definitely Tiny House. I don't like the full-length windows. Burglar could easily bust through those. Not sure about the bedroom. I'm 6' 2" and that bed looks a bit short for a tall guy such as myself. Otherwise, love everything else about it.

I really like this home! It's almost perfect for me. To those of you who think it's too expensive, remember what Chance said ... in other states, this home would be priced significantly lower. It's not the size but the requirements for higher wind zones in Florida due to the hurricanes.

Hello Chance. Good video but I don't like this house. Not even for a weekend or vacation home would I have a place that the ONLY bathroom is in the bedroom!! To make this place liveable for us, you would have to use the porch, adding it too the house and giving more room to the house. Making a tad bigger Living Room and Dining Room and putting at least a Half Bath in for any visitors you have! A porch can be added anytime! You did a good job on the video though Chance. The price is too high as well. God bless y'all.

Love this size however I’d hate the cabinets around the bed I need a bedside table to put my lamp and water on for the night so it would stop me from buying it but I do like everything else about it that I saw Great job Chance thank you so much for all your efforts

I lived in a house that size for a while. It’s not as bad as you’d think. It was always spotless and perfectly organized bcz there’s so little to clean and with 500sqft you HAVE to be organized! Ya get used to it. P.S. You will need a storage shed!

Beautiful little house. I never will understand why builders don’t include a door if they put a closet in the bathroom. It is extremely unsanitary to just have all that cloth free hanging in a moist bathroom. 🤢

Deeper cabs on either side of the refrigerator modified with Hettich undermount guides on roll-outs, for one suggestion. This feature would increases pantry space in any unit that has a fridge that protrudes beyond the cabs as far as this one does and would offer a more built-in look.

It is a cute floor plan. I've seen better quality and luxury for less money. Their prices seem high. A lot of tiny homes look more like a cottage or cabin on the outside, but this one still looks like a regular mobile home. Not much exterior flair, but maybe that is needed in Florida with the humid/wet weather. I really liked the floor plan. It was a little different from the others I've seen. The only thing that would make it better for me, would be a side by side washer/dryer. The stackable washer/dryer is a deal breaker for me. Believe it or not, I've seen several tiny homes with side by side washer/dryers. Thanks for the video tour Chance. We like comparing all the builders and floor plans.
