This one was a mix of conventional digital art, and art breeder (the flaming knight is 100% digital art tho). So pulling images from multiple random photos to create a final layout, then using photoshop brushes and effects to make a final composition. One can use artbreeder to get like 90% of the way there tho. I used Art breeder for my Angus McKay art a few weeks back, then I added extra elements into it to tell the story. Its a fun creative hobby for me, I am getting quite into it :)
