No eggs, no milk!

Ingredients:
200 grams of wheat flour.
80 grams of sugar.
11 grams of yeast.
Mix well.
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
Mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes.
1 egg.

450 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix the ingredients.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
Grease the cup with vegetable oil.
Cover the dough and set aside in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Divide into 2 equal parts.
Form each piece into a ball.
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a size of 40*50 centimeters.
70 grams of melted butter.
Grease with butter.
Roll into a tube.
Secure the edges.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Use a knife to make cuts.
Press down on the dough with a wooden skewer.
The diameter of the baking dish is 28 centimeters.
Do the same with the second piece of dough.
Brush with egg yolk and milk.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
