Brinjal_fry always is my favourite food. I like it to eat with both rice and roti. Today I am trying to fry the brinjal with its petiole following the technique of my grandmother. Some spinach were grown in my little kitchen garden with other vegetables. Today I am preparing Dal_Palak using that spinach. I am also preparing #Mutton_kosha today to make a beautiful lunch for the day.....
