Yeeeeah. After seeing this I think directing a wrestling show might be one of the most stressful jobs ive ever seen lol. Like you cant even stop to cheer or be happy you are working non stop during the most exciting parts. On top of that you have to think artistically on the fly and deal with anything that may happen. Perhaps this is 'standard' TV production work but this seems a step more intense than most shows.

As a TV professional, that production truck performance was pure porn. The artistry, the timing, intuition, reading the crowd and your team knowing what shots work. Wrestling isn’t just about the art in the ring, it’s about the production art that happens when presenting in.

I am jealous of you sir! Haha but so happy for you at the same time! What a moment, what a lifetime memory. That crowd pop has to be one of the, and if not THE loudest reactions I have ever heard in wrestling. Tony Khan, all the EVPs, the production team, everyone just did an incredible job with Punks debut and return to pro wrestling. As much as we knew he was coming that night, AEW made sure it was still a surprise and memorable for everyone. THAT is how you debut big stars and returns like that. This was done perfectly. You and the rest of that crowd represented all of us at home man! No shame here when I say there were tears in my eyes and pure excitement and joy. AEW has brought my love for pro wrestling back to life and stronger than ever!
