I think they can find way more things out with what they have, by themselves. Than just giving it all away to someone to get an answer that might not give them the full extent of information. And even if they do give the evidence away, how do we know that he won't use it again for bad against others.

When he was switching between rude and respectful I kept thinking about how one of the other patients symptoms was multiple personalities and then eventually death maybe that’s what he meant by he needs things to survive maybe he needs to keep injecting

Same, and we can stop worrying for everyones safety at hi5, there has been a couple of times when i have realised the truth at certain points, and now i can just get emersed and still share how i would have continued with the investigation
It never necessarily said "syphus" it just said "him" it came from D and I think syphus is making the case that D is as trustworthy as she seems to be, atleast that's what he said, I'm not sure who to trust lol
That's why I was so confused when they were contemplating fulfilling his request of all of his belongings just for some possible information,from the person they know not to trust. They have not tried getting more info, like what does D want from them compared to syphus, from the computer or D. I trust the computer more than both D and Syphus right now because its more of a data base of info and has helped more than both so far, besides D saying to check on the brief case under the stairs and giving them some info on Syphus.
It also stayed that Syphus is danger do not come in contact that is probably because thos files that he put in him are making him dangerous that’s wHy you don’t want to come in contact with him am I right or am I wrong

Here’s a thought: maybe he had like a split personality disorder. That’s would explain why he might be unstable. And that would explain all the different names. I realized he said that D was a her but still I know a person who knows a person with that disorder and he had a girl personality

Disc 3B said Syphus is a threat, avoid contact. Along with he would react out and make a request and it said, don’t fulfill his request! This was the request!
@@gavinweber5668 OK, but people can still have fun and engage in the story. Like with ARG's they are involving the viewers in the mystery. Even though it is following a plot they are still making it seem real by including people rather than just showing them "Hey look at this cool mystery"
The emulator did say that... but didn't say you had to give him the real vials.... make duplicates and make an exchange one vial for three complete explanations about everything you want to know...

Right so I think more on the bipolar side of things and that its a side affect of the chemical simply because people with Disassociative Identity Disorder or as you said "Split personality disorder" tend to be given a bad rep for things like this and I don't think it makes sense as someone with a form of the disorder for syphus to have it in the vocabulary he uses.

instead of having “spilt personality’s” (aka DID) i feel like him having psychopath tendencies would be more on point. ‘psychopaths’ have been widely known to have “empathy switches” that they could turn on and off at will. Along with that they also tend to have “split personality” traits without having DID, (split personalities.)
Look at this and imagine this: It’s 2034, and you are on Netflix looking for something to watch. You see this series. Your thinking “oh my gosh it’s Matthias!!!!!!” You go and watch it. Then you realize....... “Wait, this was on RU-vid! I used to wait for the episodes all day everyday!!!! How beautiful! It got on Netflix. Best. Thing. EVERRRRRR!!!!”
Maybe syphus developed a split personality from the serums. It said in past documents that some patients had developed split personalities. Also maybe the different colors bottles show when the serums changed to have different side effects? There was also a warning telling them to not continue contact with him and that he was dangerous.
The “stalker” is a patient who was being tested on and then gave him things that make him do things other people can’t but they mean he need medication which is the stuff that leaked out of the case but he is running out of it so he needs more.....
but again that’s the computer D gave them so what if D just saying that to get them on her side. nelson said that they shouldn’t really trust her. and plus they need answers
Honestly, from the looks of things it'll be really hard to do that fi they didn't intend to make one in the first place, cuz hwo would they have footage of them making it Lmao they'll probably do a breakdown of some stuff after it's all over, but they can't do a proper behind the scenes

It still doesn't make sense to me. Why would they post a video a long time ago about finding a key, then eventually it led to the keys in the wall, but nothing happening after for a while. Why would they start this so so long ago then all of a sudden things are happening again (in the past 7 months or so I am not sure) if it is all just scripted. Why, and when did this all start for just entertainment? Does that make sense? What if they felt like they needed to say that this is all just a fictional story in order for people to not take it seriously. Because they don't want people (fans/subscribers) constantly emailing, mailing, texting them saying they are apart of all of this. They don't want people trying to go to places, contacting businesses that are mentioned in the videos. They felt the need to say that because it wasn't safe for fans to be going out and actually interacting with what is going on. It just doesn't make sense for all of this to be a scripted story. Maybe if I saw proof of them setting everything up then I guess. They didn't start putting that disclaimer at the beginning of the video until the 2 most recent ones.

That could be why he said he was the absolute he was the first and probably only "successful" test subject and the only problem with the solution was they found out you have to keep having lifes blood and it wasnt a one time thing maybe the company is no more because syphus put it in the hole using all the lifes blood they made for himself
I feel the same way. Also, what is 863 was like his roommate or like his “project mate” and he’s trying to get revenge for him. I know that is crazy, but its totally probable.
I remember watching matt when I was around 10 (?) when he was on team edge and it’s so crazy to me that we somehow ended up here...and now I’m invested in what could be a horror story if something goes wrong 😀
Just because “he” said “D” was a “she”, doesn’t mean he actually knows. There are several points in the conversation that he very well could have made things up.
Going off of that, remember how some of the patient lists had “split” or something like that written on the “side effects” and part of the document? Maybe the guy texting you is one of those patients and has split personalities. Either way, you can tell that he’s desperate...

@@ScarletTrygger Darin Syphus is related to Nelson Syphus. Nelson was the scientist but he was killed, based on the evidence that was taken and logged.
If he is wanting all of "his stuff" why didnt he get it all when he broke in all those times. It was like he didnt even know what he was looking for or even where he was looking. So its like he is just waiting until yall can dig up more stuff.

Or he’s been watching the videos and knows they have a vault and that his chances of getting to it are unlikely. But if he can convince them to give it all up in an exchange he could avoid the vault entirely
I have this kind of creepy theory about this..... I was thinking because "D" and Nelson worked together, and they don't seem to get along that well (even when working together just by their convos in the chat logs on the Mac II), that maybe "D" had some sort of project (maybe 863) or Nelson had started this project 863 himself and recruited "D" for it and they had many disagreements about morals or ethics of the project. I mean this is a biotech company, and just by what was found in the mountaineer and the way they talk about patients as "test subjects" and government mind control, it makes me think this project 863 isn't ethically sound, or related to old government experiments that they continued on the DL. So, I'm thinking that the Mac II and all that "under the stairs" lab equipment was D's, and that perhaps D had been hiding certain significant items (which is now later the evidence) so that Nelson can't find it. Nelson knows "D" had been helping Matthias, and knows Matthias has a lot of the probably incriminating evidence of his "biotech experiments" (whatever that means), so now Nelson is threatening them and trying to cut deals with them to get control of the project again and prevent people from finding out whatever it is they were trying to do (it was probably something illegal, or at the very least highly immoral and D didn't seem to like it). Now this whole "I need the vials to survive" thing, as well as Nelson seemingly injecting himself with the "life's blood" serum in that one security footage video..... I think this is what project 863 had to do with. Maybe the serum is something dangerous, or is part of a more dangerous experiment and D hid the vials, not only as payback against Nelson, but to try to disrupt Nelson's project altogether. Only someone so hopped up on drugs, or someone with something very incriminating would act as desperate and unstable as Syphus is. What I want to know is why Nelson is so desperate for the evidence.... If he needs the vials to "survive" or whatever, I suppose that makes sense, but the only reason I can think of why he wants the evidence is to destroy it..... Unless, and here's what disturbs me, he is still trying to continue project 863 and the "successful" patient is himself.....????? 😬😬

I don’t know if anyone else has thought about this but what if “D” was a test subject as well and he wound up with the memory problems and forgot what year he was in and was handed that paper and signed it wrong.
Even tho this is entirely fictitious if u analyze it, it makes sense why it is. He took on the moniker of his grandfather Overkill, the film maker. He has always said he absolutely loves good well thought out stories. His love for Star Wars shows this. The moment he took on his grandfather's name the story began to be constant rather than a video every some odd months or year(s) in between them. He had an idea he has been developing for years. He started it off subtly to make sure he had an alibi to make everyone drawn in on this. Smart move to not reveal all of this as a story at the start. This drew in far more people than it would have if he simply said it was a story. Brilliant story telling, acting, plot, and one of the most unique ways to present a show to the world. Props to you and the team Matt because this is setting a new bar for RU-vid content. One day I hope to make something even remotely close to what u have. FrostFilms is always a dream in the back of my mind but FrostStudios is the big picture for me. Content of all types to unite everything under one roof. Ambitious but ur story has proven it can be possible though not a definite branch of life.

I think "Absolute" has something to do with his status as a test subject. If absolute were to mean perfect and/or checking off all of the boxes they were looking for it subjects then maybe Syphus was a successful patient or even the only successful patient.
