With the knowledge that both Samantha and Woods are on their way to Syntec Location #3, and a potential trap, the clock starts ticking. It leaves Matthias with very little options, and the wave of helplessness is clear. There's not much that can be done, and so little time to play with. However, there is one group that can possibly help and it's the only light in the darkness that he can rely on: Subject 4. Will they be successful? And how far does he have to go to get the results he needs to save his friends?

Bailey informs Matthias that both Sam and Woods headed out to Syntec Location #3, without knowing that a trap has been set. Without being able to reach them, he needs to figure out what to do. Checking the Vault might be his best bet...

It's almost certain that the vhs tape has the answer he's seeking, but he needs to find something to play it. And time is already running out...
06:22 - What about Subject 4?
With all his options exhausted, Matthias turns to the last people he can: Subject 4. He logs onto the Discord, hoping to get their opinions and thoughts on where to go next...
08:46 - No VCR, but maybe Deb?
After taking in a lot of their feedback, the concuss seems to land on trying to ask Deb. And that seems to be his only option at this point.
12:03 - Reaching out...
Matthias reaches out to Deb, but she doesn't seem to respond right away.
13:03 - This doesn't seem like Deb...
But even when she does, something seems up in how she's talking, like she's pretending to be a computer again.

That seems to snap Deb out of the "trance" she was in, and she seems to return to normal. Now, it's time to ask her about where that Syntec location is.
21:24 - "I messed up..."
Matthias finally decides to tell Deb what happened, despite his reservations in telling her that he messed up in protecting his team. And she's finally more open with him in return.
25:30 - Some frustration is bubbling up...
Subject 4 and 1 really need to plead to Deb to give them the location address. It seems like they're running around in circles.
28:14 - Finally!
She finally gives him the address, and he wastes no time heading out to help his friends. But not without her leaving him a haunting reminder...
