I love all the food ,but every time I went back to Burma I all way get diarrhea.

Once thriving Myanmar economy seems to hit rock bottom to cause people to open roadside food stalls to stay alive. Once busy malls are all empty. It has decended from global economy to a roadside economy. One can only guess how that happened.
