A student's guide to accessing and using Blackboard Collaborate 

This video guides students through the step-by-step process of accessing and using Blackboard Collaborate at the University of East Anglia (UEA). This tutorial will be useful for students who have never used Blackboard Collaborate before, or those that have used it before but perhaps not in a while or want a quick refresher on how to use some of its features.
