I recommend watching their dance practices and live performances, they’re all amazing dancers (they’re considered the kings of synchronization) and their choreography usually has a deeper meaning so its cool to pick apart! Also the dance practices are usually just funny too. They have part switch versions of their dance practices that are hilarious, of course with so many members all SVT videos are super chaotic lol

Some people don't even find kissing weird even between friends of the same gender. It's super common in Korea, and they don't find it weird. It's real casual to them, and they don't mind being physically close to each other.

I would still add that Junhui is one of the best dancers. His moves are super powerful and sharp. He gracefully and effortlessly delivers the performances the best. In the most time, people are always like: 'Who is that boy?'. He is super funny and is also gag king. He is shy talking and expressing himself in korean, but when you watch the chinese collaboration show CYZJ, in which Jun & The8 participated, then you will see that he is the king of gag men. He is freaking funny. You can also see that in the korean shows. Even you laughed at him twice in this video 😂 He also has awesome reactions, because he is always overreacting. And even when you do something and NO ONE notice you, Jun will notice you. He's always paying attention to his surrounding and he will react to you, so you won't be left out. He is also very good at material art and piano. And the most important thing is, he is the most selfless, caring, thoughtful, optimistic and purest member. And he loves to joke around A LOT and always plays pranks on his members, but he is very mature. Plus he is an actor since he was 2 years old. He won many awards in china, like Best New Actor at the age of 12. He gave up his career to be in Seventeen. Fans are still waiting for him to do some acting again. He act in many very known movies. He is an amazing actor. If you are interested in the chinese members then i would recommend you to watch the chinese collaboration show CYZJ. You can watch it on CYZJ SUBS channel. It has 10 episode. Samuel is also a part of the show. The performances and chinese artists will blow your mind.

I definitely recommend checking out Flower (there's only a dance practice, no official MV), Crazy In Love (same thing), Boom Boom, and Call Call Call. Also Jun and The8's duet My I (the Chinese version) is SO GOOD.

Side note, not svt related but I’d recommend checking out Sam Kim’s Makeup and It’s You, the tracks feature Crush and Zico respectively and they’re two of the best songs to come out of 2018 sorry I don’t make the rules

The8 is my bias! He's such a smol bean i love him. I recommend watching individual videos of the members, it helps with facial recognition and names. Also you learn more about them individually.

17:08 Jun covered SVT's "Thanks" and wrote the lyrics. He performed it on chinese collab show (CYZJ) on the first episode. You should react to it. It was Jun's ever first solo performance. Pledis pushed both chinese members into the cold water when they sent the two there, cause they always performed with group. The show CYZJ is super epic. I totally recommand you to watch even if it's chinese. There is an eng sub of all 10 episodes on CYZJ SUBS. Pentagon Yanan and Samuel also participated in the show and there are many other amazing chinese solo artist that will amaze you. Two will leave and another two will come. So if you watch, make sure to watch all 10 episodes. I'm telling you it's totally worth it. The performances are breathtaking and there are many amazing chinese artist you will fall in love with.

the8/minghao is my ult bias! his solo at like minute 19:56 was actually in CHINESE/C-POP-ish, it was a remix of seventeen's clap for a chinese survival show but he remixed the song into his solo and its my fav

That inflection is just a natural part of their language - it shows up in all ages and genders; I can't really give you an explanation further than that, but it's part of their cadence. (Fun fact: skinship is borrowed English that doesn't exist in English-speaking countries)

The Main (dancer/rapper/vocal) is higher than a Lead (dancer/rapper/vocal).

Woozi is my bias. I actually only chose him as bias initially bc we have the same birthday lol (with exception for the year, I'm 1990, he is 1996) but the more I learned about him and the group as a whole, I became even more convinced that he's my bias. It's that 11/22 connection.

Little random fact, the bit where the8 was yelling at hoshi was (still is) especially funny is mainly because he's younger. In Korea, the way you talk to people who are older than you and younger/the same age is totally different. If you're speaking to someone older you use a more formal language, and if the person is younger/ the same age you can use informal language. The words he used "imma" (pronouced e-ma) and means punk in Korean, and is often a word used for older people to call kids punks when they misbehave. So for the8, who is younger than hoshi by a year, it's hilarious because it's a display of "disrespect" but also is wholly funny bc hoshi's hardcore being called out

Usually the main vocalist has a wider range than the lead, whereas the lead has an octave higher/lower than the rest. Generally, mains get the solo parts, and leads get the chorus part. (In Block B, Jaehyo is a lead, Taeil is a main.)

The best thing about SVT is their synchronization for dance choreographies that would be considered hard for 13 members. Definitely that. The thing about this guide is that it doesn't even scrape the layer of talent that seventeen has. Like they are SO SO much more than what those clips shows. The vocals, the rap, the dancing, even the humour and personality.

The8 is definitely one of my top three biases in seventeen, lol, if that makes sense. 13 members, 3 biases, 10 bias wreckers!!😂♥️
