My favourite place on Earth. All that part of Cornwall is so magical. Perranuthnoe (sic) Marazion, PZ, Newlyn, Mousehole, Lamorna......loved each one and I’m determined to go back before I fall off my perch. Lovely video and wonderful memories. Thank you. 🥟🏄♀️⚓️🛳
Love Penzance. Was good watching & saying to myself ‘We’ve been down that street, sat in those gardens’. I think it’s a much underrated town. Thank you both.
The video is exactly the answer to the gray, rainy (winter) days. Many thanks for the great video from the grey, rainy Palatinate Forest. Greetings Günter
Thank you , Sarah and Andrew my wife and I don`t normally watch your virtual walks but this had us glued to the TV .Every step and turn we kept saying we remembered walking up that street or down another , getting the boat to St Mary`s or having a cider in the Turks Head and Admiral Benbow. Market Jew street looked just as we remembered it when we were last there in 1999. Here`s hoping we can visit again before we shuffle off.
Thank you so much. I had never realised how pretty Penzance is, the architecture that you showed us was beautiful. Oh to be able to visit all these places on your doorstep. You’re beyond lucky, I’m so jealous 😁 enjoy 👍
Thank you for the beautiful walk, I loved the gardens with all the palms 🌴 , I took my parents to penzance in the 1980s and had a great day there, I would love to go back one day, Take care 👍👍
I enjoyed that, superb introduction to the town. Certainly given me some ideas of when I visit next month. For me, there are definite overtones of "Treasure Hunt" of old. Loved the background noises and no commentary, this one didn't need it. Thank you to both of you.
Fascinating thanks and beautifully filmed. I always understood Dylan Thomas and Caitlin were married in Phoenix House, then the Registry Office, while actually staying in Mousehole.
Thanks for this slice of summer on cold wet January day! I went to Penzance last September, I didn't have time to see some of the places that you went, now I have an excuse to go back!
I love all your Cornwall videos but especially those in the Penzance region. They bring back so many happy memories for me. I enjoy your stories of history, and the banter between the two of you as well of course. Thank you for all of them.
Penzance (and Cornwall)is so breathtaking beautiful , we've been there serveral times and it was absolutely amazing !thank you for taking us along with you , we really enjoyed it !😍😍greetigs from hamburg
Thank you Sarah and Andrew what a great video , really cheered me up this grey, wet, cold and very windy day here in West Yorkshire. Can't wait to get back down to Cornwall, love it so much. Take care and thank you once again xx
Was that actually sunshine I spotted and people in t.shirts and shorts?!! It's rained for so long now I've totally forgotten how hot last summer was! Love Penzance. Great walk as always. Will I ever get back to one of my favourite places I asked myself whilst watching this..... x J x
Thankyou so much Sarah and Andrew! I really enjoyed this video and have learned a lot from your videos that you make! They’re always full of very interesting tidbits of information.
Wonderful walk!...Penzance is my favourite town in Cornwall :) Wasn't able to get down to Cornwall in 2022, so that really was a special treat ~ to catch up with all the beautiful sights and sounds! Chapel street is an architectural marvel! Tucked away behind Alfred Wallis' house & The Star Inn is the oldest (now deconsecrated) synagogue in Cornwall (18th c). Sadly, it was stripped out a few decades ago. It can now only be viewed from the Iceland supermarket car park!
Thanks for posting. This is just what I love. A walking tour of a city. Excellent. Just a wee bit slower on the panoramic views. please. Captions are great, too.
A treat for us on this wet and dismal weekend to see lovely Penzance in such glorious sunshine , Just a question guys, we have had a pint in The Admiral Benbow on the odd occasion but when you walked past it looked as if it might be closed or it may have just been the light , it is an amazing scene inside there . One again a very enjoyable vid,,,,,,,,Brian&Jane
Cracking video. Shame the waterside meadery won’t be there much longer 😢 the busiest and most successful restaurant in Penzance and the council want to knock it down for parking, so sad for Penzance 😢😢
I love Regent Sq, i bet the postman/ woman gets wet when its been raining, with all those shrubs and bushes. Another fantastic film to watch on what is such gloomy day today. 🌅
