My grandmother was from the village of Kast. My grandfather was from the village of Lasinja. My grandmother made so many of these dishes. I am proud to say many of us learned from her!!! I would agree, although I have celiac disease and can no longer eat anything from wheat flour. But King Arthur is the best US flour. I just wish I could eat it. Please? Please? Please? I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE wheat flour and real bread! You do not realize how much flavor wheat flour has until you give it up and try to eat something else instead of it. No, it does not taste anything like bread, and bread definitely has a flavor.
