I have done this for some months but after some time when ever I see my hands in Morning I start experiencing that I have losses on those day so I left doing this do you have answer for this please tell me .

I think what you’re experiencing is just psychological. Maybe try to ignore the thought of losses and start doing it again with full faith. Just my two cents.
