I got my step counter today. I did a lap around the apartment, 120 steps? I wore it into Kaiser around my neck. step step step. and on the way out, I told myself to walk the perimeter of the parking lot, to acrue steps. It was 88-degree's outside today . But 1145 steps, yeah. My widow god has been having me contemplating walking for my low mental state of mind. I need to look at it as "steps" fulfillment , not exercise. Different goals for me. xxoo A
