This really is the best tinted sunscreen I have tried so far. My only issue is that with tinted sunscreens they tend to rub off whenever I touch my face sadly. And sometimes get on light colored clothes.

Ramon what do you think about the spf boosters that these mineral sunscreens tend to use? It makes me not trust them as it is potentially irritating or damaging based on the amount in them? They are also unregulated in that regard. Thanks! For example i saw a cetaphil mineral one that had the salacate one in the top 2 inactive ingredients!

It's possible this is misinformed thinking on my part, would appreciate a response.

Ok well we’re on different tax brackets but for a tinted mineral sunscreen to be that elegant for just $19? As someone who works in the cosmetic industry that’s not bad

Do you really reapply mineral sunscreens? I know you’re supposed to and I want to but I have not succeeded at doing it even once, even on bare skin, without it looking like a mess I have to wash off to be able to rejoin society. I can’t tell if it’s actually impossible or my own skin is just cursed. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a mineral sunscreen wearer actually confirm that they reapply their SPF. This difficulty is why I am now a 99.9% chemical sunscreen girlie. I like the idea of a tinted skin tone up (and once in a blue moon, revisit it) but I just cannot make it work with reapplication.

It has pore clogging ingredients. Does no one do their research anymore?! 😅

the unfortunate thing about the concept of "pore clogging" is that it's not a legitimate concept in the science side of the cosmetic industry. Comedogenic ingredients aren't necessarily real because the original test for testing if ingredients did clog pores was done on rabbit ears at 100% concentration, which is not something we really do in cosmetic products. It really comes down to individual skin and people. Some ingredients might have tendencies to potentially clog pores, but even then, with certain precautionary measures, that can be prevented or reduced. So it really comes down to you, your skin, your overall routine, and a lot of other factors (environment, genetics, etc.)
