The guy can't be very good at his job either if he thinks you need to give kids tokens to get them to do what you want them to.

@@coolbeanz1702 You can't just start a company and magically have it become a valuable thing. You have to create that value. Where do the company's resources come from? They don't just magically appear. He needs money to buy stock, to pay for staff, to pay for services like accountancy, to pay for advertising, and so on. The company acquires value by having money come into it. Eventually, that money will start to come from customers. Initially, it comes from whoever puts money into it. Well, at the moment, he's put money into it, and he's put in £2000. That means the total amount of stuff in the company is £2000. But he's trying to sell 15% of that £2000 to a Dragon for £150,000. Well, if I was going to buy 15% of something worth £2000, I'd expect to pay about £300.

@@coolbeanz1702 That doesn't account for business growth, and what it's worth today. I'm sure there are plenty of 10-million-dollar companies that started on a dime. The percentage given away, in any business, not just this one, is a representation of its market value, not its capital investment. Assuming he is the sole shareholder, or at least a big shareholder in the other company, why didn't he invest those dividends in the new company?

You can actually set screen time limits on phones/consoles. The product pitched here has been incorporated into most electronic devices

@@Ed-mu5or Unfortunately most screen time reminders are ignored, especially by children and teens. Also, they are clever enough to bypass any screen time limits or other control put in place. It is sad to say that nowadays children and teens are addicted to screens and spend less than 1 hour outdoors a day - something that prisoners in maximum prison do get. Even heard of wifi rage? It is a term used when the internet goes down and people, especially children and teens, become enraged. Most people would rather have no heating, electricity, gas or water for a day than wifi!

He already has the knowledge and money to get this product out there, people come on the den to help launch a business idea/product.. He can take a risk with his own money, but he don't want to.. He want to try and test this new product without any risk, he wants to use their money and if it fails, no big deal, he has not lost alot and he still has his business
