My absolute favorite pair of shoes I've ever worn are the New Balance Fuelcell Trainers! I've tried many shoes and can say they beat all of them by a mile (although they are a little expensive). I've tried Hoka Cliftons, On Cloudmonsters, nike pegasus, nike vaporfly's, etc...
great video bro loved the information on what your option is on the best shoes out there i think with the shoe its up to the individual on what works best for them on the day but you have a good insight on what works best for you with the conditions on the day but once again great video keep up the good work and good luck with your next race
EVERYTHING recently has been won with normal dragonflys (NJ meet of champs in my state, NXN multiple times, Jakob's world cross titles) so its just that reliable. BTW you are a huge inspiration, I see a lot of similarities in our progressions and I'm trynna chase all your times lol
“Decently qualified”?? You’re absolutely qualified! Awsome video again! Gave me some ideas My trainers are: Saucony endorphin speed New balance rebel Speed day shoes: Puma nitro elite Saucony kinvara 14
@@AHScougars we are on mountain island lake in huntersville the water is so high that i was just about in the house 20 above normal lake levels. The flooding is bad. Have A house in Newland NC and everything there is gone.
If you want a spike with a bit more pop, then I recommend the dragonfly 2s, that’s if the conditions are good for your championship races. For your rotation I reccomend the Saucony endorphin speed 4s to handle your tempo and long runs, they will be a big upgrade from the triumphs for speed, also additionally to save the vaporflys for track and the fast stuff. Additionally if you want to try a new speed shoe then I recommend the Adidas Takumi sen 10. It has lower stack and will be a little bit less propulsive, but more durable and grippier for more terrains
I love the Nike invincibles for most runs and I’m pretty sure there’s a sale on running warehouse where you can get a pair of track dragonfly’s for $80. That’s where I got mine and they’ve been great
I decided to get the cloudspike 10000m for xc on my birthday but I found out they are for long distances on the track and of course they come out with a xc version after I got the other ones lol. I did like the on cloudspike on the track for workouts though, very responsive!
You should try the New Balance Rebel v4's, insanely light ~212 grams, and super cushioned👍. They're mostly good for tempo stuff but I wear them for my easy/recovery too
I’ve had the vaporflys and I currently have the same nike victory color way lmao, I bought the spikes for 59!!! Found some amazing deal. And with the vaporflys, I cut them in half for the fun of it because they were cooked asf
@@AHScougars I also just copped a pair of asic metaspeed sky Paris for 260, and lowkey they are the best super shoe I’ve owned ngl, I’ve owned vaporflys, alphaflys and saucony endorphin elites which I got for free because they were donated brand new
I stopped wearing the XC dragonfly they're amazing but not stable. I bought the On cloud 10000 they're amazing, so far they're not made for XC but they are holding up pretty well I think.
I go barefoot bro. It is so much better for you, and really works on your form. Trust me bro, just try adding a few miles a week barefoot. Eventually work up to doing most of your easy runs barefoot. Then tell me your form doesn't feel better. I bet 1000 dollars anyone that tries it and stays with it will be able to tell their form gets better😉. Sorry for ranting lol.
Great video just wanna let you know that Jesus loves you and care for you. He died for you and me. He loves you so much and just wants a relationship with you.
