Nassau the Capital of the Bahamas is only 7sqmiles but it's overcrowded. It's not as secluded and peaceful like this island. Beautiful 💕 Bequiea. I would love to live there in a heartbeat. Big up yuhself Colaz and crew.

THEY have alot of vincy in philly ,washington state,new jersey . Also many live in queen ,new york . But most vincy live in canada and england because it was no visas to go there ,it changes now .

Pilau (pallau) looks nice, my aunt's add tomato paste, plenty of seasonings: thymes, scallions, bell peppers, carrots, pumpkin, garlic, scotch bonnet peppe, other fresh herbs and spices. Its like seasoned rice and Ientils all variety of lentils are nice too, different texture and flavor
@@patriciayarber3356 lol lol, thanks for your comment. But that jollof rice mix from walmart in those pouch or box is fake, preservatives and sodium. When you make jollof rice from scratch with fresh meat and veggies, you will never turned back to those packaged products. Just utube the video and make it one day. Omg St Vincent is beautifulllllll... I'm really enjoying the vlogs thus far. This kinda giving me a St Lucia vibes aswell. Remember went my late aunt took me around st Lucia, was going up and up. The roads was narrow and a bit scary for me. But I really enjoyed every not of it.
