A Tour of Old North Cemetery 

I love old cemeteries, and have visited quite a few them along the east coast. The epitaphs and carvings are so interesting. Very interesting presentation.

Anybody else tear up hearing about the life of Nancy? Forget about the politics, Nancy had a lot of love for, and received a lot of love from the Herbert family, and you just know all the children she had a big part in raising had richer, fuller lives because of her. Glad to see that marvelous headstone was so well kept up and preserved through all of these years.

You have done a FANTASTIC JOB sharing these intriguing stories of many colorful and extraordinary people! Nancy was truly a class act! Now even today she is in the Heavenly realm truly living!

My real name is Michael Charles McCluskey. I have an interest in the history of my country and say thank you for posting this. My mother's family name was O'Grady and lived in Vermont. Her sister Elizabeth Ann, lived in Boston Mass. From what I found I'm 100% Irish.

This wonderful video shows all the hard work that was put into it .. I hope it stays posted for all who could greatly benefit from it .. Thank You very much for such a personal account of history , history that might be lost if it were not for work like yours ..

The things on the grave marker, you call "flowers," are a common theme on burial boxes in Israel, called 'ossuaries.'

It's fascination about these headstones that some of them died either old or young,by accident ,murder or disease and the way they spent their money tells you they had clout
