That midship cleat assisted turn as they left the slip was one of the most smoothly executed boat handling maneuvers I've seen. Thanks for filming it. What a gorgeous, go-anywhere boat! -Ben

Okay This is a 1st! I grew up with a Father and Mother that sailed. My father a contractor and my mother, a seamstress. Me I became an Artist that would love to sail. A youtube video that related to my ingrained life. The tour of Tess was wonderful. I can not explain how I enjoyed myself. Thank you!

Lucky bastard. Oposite of my life. My parents hated ships, Water and sailing. " stupide lazy people" As a child it was imposible.

Tess Bess is beautiful and practical below. I loved all the attention paid to improvements that increased livability. You had me at the heated tubes to stop condensation in the clothing lockers! Warm and dry towels! How exciting! I was also impressed with how they pivoted the boat to leave the dock.

There is no boat tour like a Drake Boat tour. I just love it! And what a wonderful boat and owners! I have a Dickinson diesel heater too, with the same tank setup, but mine has a push button valve on the looking glass you have to push to take a reading. I learned that the hard way when I ran out of diesel unexpected :-) This setup prevents the tank from draining when the glass breaks.
