As hard as I laughed at that, I gotta give props to the guy. He busted his ass making tons of content, bought a huge, beautiful home and turned every spot into whatever he wanted.
To an average person, he is a truly insane, money wasting, gear hoarding, sick, vulgar humor, crazy 🤪 man. And a overall bad role model/poor excuse for a human being. This makes him my hero 💙
It's easy to do when you want everything and have no self-control in spending...I can't say much but I have like 15 times less space and it's full and I do have to tell myself no all the time to buying things. I have to enjoy what I have. 😞
Well ,yano, he has to review everything for us, you know? I mean, no one else's opinionated facts could suffice. We need him to sacrifice himself this way - he does it for us, yano? (Sure)😇
Thanks so much Zeos for the grand house tour. You got me immediately with the iLoud MTMs. I was using them for my recording monitor setup and just on a whim I set them up as my mains in my small apartment. They sound awesome with my Kanto Sub8 (I would love to have that SVS 3000 Mini) and with another product you reviewed recently ... the Topping D30 Pro Dac which I use as my preamp. I'm selling my KEF LS50W (nice speakers) I had set up, which seemed rather large in my space. I love your channel and have gone off and purchased a number of items you have suggested. Thanks again for the house tour ... you are killing it at your new place (good lord it's huge!).
Thanks Zeos - great to see that you are still getting enjoyment out of you Ohm speakers. I ordered a pair back in March and am still waiting for them. They did tell me back then that there is a 6 month waiting list and they have kept me posted periodically so I just have to be patient. Great House. Great Channel. I am very happy for your success.
The Ohm Walsh 2, Klipsch Forte II, and the Magneplanar SMGa were my 3 most favourite loudspeakers through the 90s. I replaced the stock dome tweeter in the Walsh with a ribbon tweeter, damped the box and replaced all the electrolytic caps with polyester in the Forte II, and added an isobaric sub (using 2 Peerless 831727 10”) under each SMGa (the SMGa sat on top of the subs).
I was extremely fortunate to have a pair of aDs 910s fall into my lap two years ago. They're my end-game loudspeakers and everything I was searching for in a speaker setup. I also have a pair of L810s that I might set up for 5.2 if I can find a good single l810 or l710 for a center channel.
Thank you for your review of the Ohm Walsh 2000s. I bought a pair based on it and absolutely love them! Also have a pair of Klipsch Forte ii with Crites upgrades that I love so I trusted your opinion as I know you enjoy your Fortes as well. Love your channel and humor👍
I love seeing your orange Kanto Ben's in use. I have a pair or orange ones and a pair of black ones all pointing upward in my 7.2 setup and it sounds incredible. I bought them after I saw your review on them.
I think youu must have atleast a million dollers of speakers and sudio equipement in your home...... 10 years worth of work...... 🙀 Glad to see you have a new cat..... thats teally kewl of you Zeos 🙂👍🏻
Hi Zoe, I have been a subscriber to your channel for around 7 years+ now and just to let you know that I like your unique style that most people can relate to. Thank you 😊 and keep up the Good work. Kind Regards from Mark UK
@@ZReviews By the way zeos. Just to let you know that your sense of humour makes me laugh at times (you have that certain tone with words) that really tickles me at times. It's not what you say at times, but the way you say them. (It's the way you tell them) 🙂
Have you gone into more coaxial speakers? I sort of feel that may be pretty far along in this journey. Any comment on coaxial speakers for a near field desk setup over traditional speakers? Also coaxial fronts for a tv theater setup with no center channel.
Please anyone, what are those beautiful small white speakers in the Speaker Testing Area, sitting on top of the Big white tower speakers? Thank you. God bless.
My baby girl passed away at the ripe age of 16 on October 4th 2021. She is buried on the property. These other cats I adopted came from the same household and I am working to make them barn / outdoor or possibly indoor if they warm up a bit more.
@@ZReviews I’m so sad to hear that, you must’ve been miserable and I’m sure it’s still hard. She was a lovely cat. Great that you have continuity with the Chewbacca clan! Look forward to seeing your video with the new family.
Well I do try but honestly what have you heard about that is cheap (sub $100) and everyone says is game changing? LIke Micca Speakers were and M40x back in the day? I think new stuff in that genre is just copies of copies and we have to dig REAL far to find something special. BUT this is why the Spending Spree is to happen. To buy a bunch of things down in the bargain bin and assess.
If will be interesting , to see how all these setups(and his house in general) change. If/when phasta moves in on a permanent basis. His house just screams "BACHLOR PAD!!!!".
I pray she likes audio speakers, otherwise there will be hell lol..... i hope it works for them both though.... i know she has collaborated with him sometimes in videos from the past, and i hope it injects some more crazy variety to this channel....... It will be great, i have every confidence..... 🙂👍🏻👌
@@ZReviews Yeah I was wondering about that with some after thought. You know I might be crazy enough to try it, if nothing else I'll end up with some kick ass speakers regardless.
Non directional speakers are completely ignored in hifi because everyone is so focused on there stupid phantom sound stage. Its a friggin phantom people!
I'm confident that the city of Waco TX has a smaller electricity bill each quarter than Zeos. The Feds will have his house tagged as either a server farm or a meth lab ;)
Please explain more abut the process of using smaart 8.5 to tune custom eq so that its comparable or better than MiniDSP or Dirac? Haven't used smaart other than short demo years ago. Do you need a dedicated computer running the eq etc?
@@johto I use smaart only for measuring signals on pc and mac connected to my Denon avr via HDMI once done eqing each channel speaker no need smaart anymore will need dedicated PC I use EQapo and dedicated mac AUlabs. On pc I use eq apo to make custom mic measurement and eq with any daw program and route white noise from smaart to each channel one at a time. On my macmini is much easier and can use free aulabs. measure create custom eq with aulabs. You will need an audio interface i use uphoria-umc202hd and measuring mic. I bought a very nice chinese one KateLUO KM-2. Smaart software will be able to show you in true time lots of information as well able to loopback white noise and compare to mic all on screen even showing you delays. Search youtube Expectations: How do you measure an EQ in Smaart? [GSwSST24]. Ultra clean measure in Realtime even able to tune per hz in real time. I can tune example 80hz then 90hz tones and it will show you on smaart. You can also tune your measuring mic to a more expensive measuring mic search Nathan lively videos he will show you. I found i learned a lot more from Spanish tutorials.
I fear an angry mob of recently engaged women will converge on Casa Zeos with pitchforks and burning torches lest their fiancés discover what bachelor nirvana looks like.
