I've seen theories that he might die saving someone like Hughie, in contrast to how his brother stated he never has actually saved anyone before, and so far the first person he's actually truly saved ironically has been Hughie. I think it would be a good way for him to go out if they went that route.

Homelander has done so many people wrong. I feel when his time finally comes to die it wouldn't just be The Boys killing him but something more. Like if Mindstorm was still alive I'd say him trapping him in a dream getting killed by Noir, supersonic, Butcher, Starlight literally everyone. So many characters in this show deserve redemption that's why I think that
