Thanks for all the tributes of great wushu players. How about doing one of Yang Shi Wen, the best Nan Quan player of all time? Pretty please.

He lets his blood flow to his extremities and stays loose. You feel his extension. He's not does not rely as much on anaerobic power like jia ping, hu jian qiang, wang jian jun. Instead, he uses more momentum and skeletal structure.
