Being a cousin I have been there many times and the changes are massive but I still love to go for a while and enjoy the new and the memories. My fist trip as a child was long before there was a full restaurant and the "dining hall" was little more than screened porch attached to the stone house with wooden picnic tables... but I grew up learning how to cook like you will find there. ENJOY. You won't find better southern cooking. There is plenty around, rafting, shopping, hiking and more.
