I catch alot of trout on spinners .But I swear The 502 ,503 super dupers gold and sliver catches twice as many as a spinner .For me any way . Great video keep em coming.

I do pretty well with Joe’s Flies spinners, and believe it or not, some 25-30yr old Mepp’s! I avoid trout waters during the beginning of the season, PTSD and crowds don’t mix well.

I grew up less than a mile from the spot you went after the Hiwassee. I fished there many many many times as a young kid.

Thanks for work awesome channel. I was born and raised in the Hiwassee. I been working in the oilfield in west Texas and south east new mexico for the last 3 years. I miss the river and fishing every sec but your videos help alot lol. I believe you and i worked together in etowah at Con Met or johns manvill. Any ways keep up the awesome job you have now. Maybe one day i will run into ya on the water. Tight lines fish on brother God Bless.

It's about time you did some trout fishing. My favorite fishing. Wish I could share a picture of two 45-pound salmon I caught while I was in Alaska. That was a 30-minute fight for each fish.

Beautiful area, everyone should be so lucky to fish this place. The only trout I've gotten to catch are stocked in our local lakes. There are rivers here that do have wild though, just not been able to get to them yet. Just love your videos, keep them coming.

Hiwassee has been loaded with trout all year long. I have a couple videos from there on my channel and several more I still haven't edited and up loaded. In early spring we were catching 18-20 inch rainbows pretty regularly but people caught and kept them. My last trip there, all I caught was stocking size rainbows but nearly 30 of them. All catch and release.

And I really want to try and get me some of them small swimbaits you have been using and try like different companies to but I was going to see which ones you liked the best cause I trust what you say about fishing stuff. Enjoyed the trout fishing that's one of my favorite types of fishing to do if you're ever in the Roanoke Virginia area hit me up there's a trophy trout stream that you'll catch citations out of they don't put small fish in there I went with some friends couple weeks ago and I caught 12 nine of which were all citation the others were around 2 and 1/2 to 3 lb

Absolutely love every video! That was a very pretty place you were trout fishing but personally I like the small creek catching redbreasts better as I love me some redbreast!! I am sure the trout are fun to catch but after catching some out here in Co. I found that they do not taste very good especially compared to some really nice pan fish of every kind!!

The Denali Pryme is another great Med-Light rod. I use mine for virtually everything except catfish and hard-jawed predators. Mix it with a Johnson Min-O-Spin, and the slaughter is on. Those Min-Os out perform every other spinner I have, including the more expensive fly spinners.

I have the same combo in the size 30 reel and medium rod. I caught a 5 plus pound Largemouth and a 4 plus pound Channel Catfish on it. I was so impressed with the reel I bought the 20 and 10 sizes separately. The reel has become my favorite spinning reel and it’s just $59.99

Creek Fishing Adventures Your welcome my friend. Such a great reel. I like it better than reels that cost twice as much. It’s relatively light and the handle is great, it never gets loose like the ones with the screw on knobs. This handle tightens by reeling it forward. The 20 size is my all around favorite.

is the rod graphite? graphite and braid the way to go - get a couple ugly sticks and see how you like those - good to see you using a variety of tackle - peak smallmouth is about now - try some big water smallmouths - wherever there is lots of current - i think that tackle would handle a 5lb fish but anything bigger would be wildcard? you will end up getting broken off a bit more you may have to go heavier when targeting big fish - ymmv --- keep doing some roadtrips but stop randomly at a few creeks
