+Tzebra yes there are a lot of O/O...it is a choise...but it is very hard here if you dont have a good contact i work for a company who have 450 trucks but who have a lot of O/O from the UK and Poland ,they have good contracts with big food industries....yes freight brokers are even in the company for the mechanical problems....we have a big garage if it is not too far ,we have 2 vans for the repairs on the road or it is the service of Daf or Mercedes who comes and for the tyres we have spare wheels....or for the tractor unit or for the trailer....if we dont have the good one we phone to our garage and they send a truck with the right wheel to us hour of services in Europe are for 6 days 3 times 13h and 3 times 15h after a break of 45h with a minimum of 24h......driving time 2 times 10h a day and 4 times 9h a day have a good weekend

Yes 4th generation it was for the fun....i hope that he dont want to do this job ,because the job is finish now...Anthony have followed his girlfriend who is going to work in Swizerland...he had to leave sitra because we have nearly no traffic for this aera....they live at the CH border but in France....he had finaly find a job in France but it was very hard ....not many job for the moment I wish you a great 2016 and an excellent weekend my first trip for 2016 is a Wrexham.....lol see you Pat

Here in the UK drivers wages are static, My wage has been £3000 a month for the last 5 years, that's tramping, and at one of the better paying firms. We will win out in the end though. I've been driving Artics for 27 years, and I still love getting behind the wheel each day, as I think you do too. Regards Eddie.
