Features interviews from more than 30 people from bands that are based in Montreal as well as from record store owners , venue managers, booking promoters and fanzine owners. The interviewers discussed how was things back in the late 70's, what happened now and finally what is so special about the MTL Punk Scene.
The Documentary features unreleased footage material from bands like : The Normals , Complications , Melted Faces , The Real Deal, The Horny Bitches, Arsenal Of Empties and many many others.
