Neita , girl you got this, but most importantly give yourself grace on how hard you’ve worked to get to where you are today, the obstacles you’ve faced that have made you stronger in many ways I’m sure. Everything will worked out as they should, when they should; it’s all in God’s timing, you just continue to do your best. You got this!

Aww, your son is so cute! Hopefully your shoulder heals quickly. Maybe you need to hire someone to make bell bottoms with the entire bolt of fabric. In all sizes. That would free up some time for you. I sure wish I lived close by I would definitely help you. I know how it is. I’ve made children’s clothes for years. And that’s how I kept up with it. Wishing you the best. Have a blessed day!!

Love the video!! Also have you experience any complains from your customers with the sizing of the bell bottoms. I’ve receive feedback saying that they are very long 😢
@NeitaFajita
@NeitaFajita Год назад
I actually adjusted the sizes 12 months and 18 months. I took an inch off the length of the pants and took off an inch off the bell because I thought they were just too long. I also leave a note in the description that if the child is shorter that I can adjust the length of the pants and have the customer just message me before purchasing.

Based on my experience in marketing, stores seek products 6-12 month early, they offer wholesalers stock 3-6months in advance so if you log your sales for last 1-2 years on a sheet and you know how many pairs of each size you can get from 1 yard you can estimate how much yardage of each you need 3months early.

I used my arms to protect my face from hitting the ground.I can't lift heavy stuff other than, that I'm ok. Blessings to you always. It's really great to watch your inspiring videos. Fees suck, still the cheapest platform out there for the amount of marketed traffic they have though 🤷‍♀️ I personally don't have the social media to drive enough of my own traffic, so I'm still needing etsy :(

I definitely want to learn how to grow my Shopify store, Etsy is way too expensive for me too keep up with. I will be doing more craft fairs this summer so hopefully it helps out my shop. I also have been creating more “shorts” on RU-vid and I see a huge increase of subscribers

I know it sucks to keep a ton of fabric on hand, but you are always running out. And once one sells all the others do as well. Knowing how much fabric and supplies to keep on hand is so hard to figure out! I have a lot of my stuff figured out. I always try to keep double the amount on hand. A good rule to go by is to look at the number of items you have available in a certain fabric, see how much fabric you need to make 1 in each size. And you should always have that amount of fabric on hand. So, if you have 15 items and your largest size needs 1 full yard, you need to keep 15 yards on hand. And the moment you sell one you need to extend the handling time to a time frame beyond the time it will take to get more fabric in. This should help reduce some stress for you to make sure you always have what you need on hand. I do also have a question about the patterns you use. Do you purchase from a site that is made for the patterns to be used to make things to resell, or did you just find a pattern from a seller that has given you to okay to use the pattern multiple times for the purpose of making to sell? Thanks! :)
