I tried to go Vegan so many times and it’s so hard to stay dedicated and restrict yourself from so many non Vegan foods, especially giving up your favorite foods and restaurants!! But girl don’t feel bad or ashamed of yourself for not being vegan anymore. Your health and mental health comes first and you have to listen to what your mind & body are telling you. Thank you for sharing this, but believe it or not your helping out others who are also struggling with the same thing. Oh Jas. I get the whole Bernard situation. My dog has pancreatitis and I was legit crying because I thought he didn’t have much time left. Especially when the vet said he would need to be on prescription diet for the rest of his life. Thankfully, he is still here. It’s been almost two years and he is striving. Prescription food is expensive but if that means I get to keep him longer I don’t care. Love you Bernardito ❤ prayers to your little family

I kept telling myself that this is the year that I take control. The last few months are the best I 've ever felt. Just know, you do what is right with you. I feel your struggle with working out so much. I used to enjoy it but now it’s just so difficult to get back into it and I also get impatient with not seeing results. Thank you for being honest especially with saying that there’s no rush to get things done by a certain age. You said a lot of things I’ve truly been struggling with. I recently started counseling to try and handle my anxiety and stress. I’m hoping it’ll help me make changes for this new year. Love you jas!

I've been following you for years now, back to early college days, and it's been amazing to watch you grow and come into your own I've learned this year that I need to focus on my mental health more b/c I've always worried about others while my mental health went without being paid attention to.
