I don't think you sound like a broken record repeating the important steps of making a cheesecake. This could be the first video that someone watches so you can't take it for granted. This looks amazing!
I made this yesterday with natural peanut butter, (Walmart brand) it is absolutely amazing!!! I didn’t alter anything in the recipe, I did add 5 minutes to the cooking time but that was it!!! Thanks for the recipe ❤
I made this cheese cake yesterday. It is fantastic, I took my parents some, and they loved it, especially my dad, he loves anything chocolate and peanut butter combined. Thanks again.
I really like how you test and refine your recipes before you make videos on them. There are too many people on RU-vid making cooking videos that don’t do that. They make a video and pretend that they’re experts at whatever they’re cooking when they’ve never made the recipe before. Awesome video! Bonus points for not breaking your Star Wars glass this time!!! 🕺🏻
Thank you so much! I do put a lot of effort into making sure they are good recipes so you can make them without issues. It's frustrating to have a recipe fail on you. I've been through it before. :)
OH YUM!!! I would LOVE this cheesecake! My husband? Not so much. He loves chocolate and peanut butter, but not together. So weird. Other than that, he's a great guy! Thanks for this recipe, Sam!
When I was pregnant, I craved the white cream in the oreos. The double stuffed had just been introduced, it was so easy to remove!!!! So glad I found you!!
This recipe is truly a Peanut-Butter Cheeecake heaven-on-earth! Thank you for such detailed, easy-to-follow directions! I can't wait to make this dessert! Thanks for all your hard work; your efforts are greatly appreciated!
I made this yesterday and added a 4th egg as my rule of thumb for cheesecake is 1 egg for each 8oz of cream cheese. So with the cup of peanut butter, I figured it was needed. The texture turned out perfect with no cracks. I loosened the sides with a knife. Turned off the oven and left it in there for half an hour. We liked it, but it was a little bit too peanut buttery for us. Next Time I will cut down the peanut butter to 2/3 cup. Thank you for the recipe.
With the whipped cream do you just make a regular whipped heavy cream with sugar?? What to you put in your heavy whipping cream?? Thank you for sharing this looks amazing!!!
I actually have a short video on making the whipped cream as well. :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mX3lnKRKpTU.html&pp=ygUac3VnYXJzcHVucnVuIHdoaXBwZWQgY3JlYW0%3D
I made a peanut butter cheesecake before with homemade peanut butter, which contained nothing but peanuts. I started by making the peanut butter in a large measuring jug with a stick blender, added the other ingredients and continued mixing with it. Everything went well and the cake tasted great. I do encourage you to try your recipe with natural peanut butter and see whether it makes a difference.
Hi Sam thanks for sharing this peanut butter cheesesake. I am currently make it for have time and baking is stress reliever for me. Question, how will get this whipped cream to put on top. Thank you so much. Promise I didn’t skip the advertisement so that you can make more videos for us.
I hope you love it! Baking is a great stress relief. The whipped cream is my homemade whipped cream. I'm sorry I didn't leave the link to that video. :( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mX3lnKRKpTU.htmlsi=fDpHuZ6xzsZDlSj2
I'm going to be making this for my brother's birthday and was wondering if it's possible chop up some peanut butter cups to fold into the batter before baking without ruining the cheesecake. Either way, I'm excited to make this.
Okay, I am going to gain a million pounds. I just love your recipes. Everything I have tried so far has been amazing. I want to just try them all, like that movie where the girl tries all the Julia Child recipes. Oh, and about the Oreo filling, yeah, I'm eating that. 🤣😂🤣
After you have creamed the cheese and sugar mixture so it's smooth and homogeneous, couldn't you stir everything else in by hand, futher reducing "beating to much air" into the mix? 🤔
Funny story--My husband loves double-stuff Oreos. Too much for me so one night I had a few Oreos with milk (ok, I had like 6 Oreos). I took the cream out of each one, then took a 7th cookie and put ALL THE CREAM in it. It took a couple of days, but finally he went to the cookie jar and was like-Did you see this cookie?! I cracked up and said-that's like double quadruple stuff for you hahahahaha!
Hi Sam I used the brick cream cheese, my guess it should have baked it more than 50mins for the oven automatically turns off when it reaches the desired heat
