Hey everyone! Happy Easter/Sunday! Thank you for spending the day with us :) I forgot to add the links earlier, here are the links to food recipes and to our friend's IG page! Check out Vegan Disney Food- instagram.com/vegandisneyfood/ Mashed potato casserole- www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a41867974/mashed-potato-casserole-recipe/ Parmesan garlic carrots- www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a42676799/garlic-parmesan-roasted-carrots-recipe/
I just made that one up on the fly, It was 1/2lb ground beef, packet of taco seasoning, can of rotel tomatoes with green chilis and medium package of velveeta cheese. Cook up the beef and drain, then add everything else and cook until everything is combined. It's so easy and so so good!
We added toys into the eggs instead of the basket so it would cut down on the candy. It was a super hit with finding each Lego part and then getting to put it together after the hunt.
This brings back so many memories of when my guys were little (they’ll be 23 and 25 in October); the excitement and wonder is just fantastic! As always, enough thanks can’t be given for you guys sharing your lives with all of us!
This was so nice to watch! We had a quiet day on Easter. Just four of us as well! I never had children so I so enjoy seeing Jackson have fun! And Jen…you are amazing doing all the cooking with such a small infant. Lucky for you that you have a spouse that helps out. Team work makes the dream work!
Loved Jackson’s Easter morning excitement! 🤗💛So cute when he was collecting the eggs outside. Also, I totally related to you Jenn when you heard a noise and you said oh no I’m scared, I would’ve said the exact same thing😄Glad it was just the diaper bag
My children are 32, 27, 25, 21 and 18!! I don’t have any babies anymore. No Easter baskets, no egg coloring, egg hunts, no valentines to make, parties at school, sleepovers!! I’ve been a mom since I was 18 years old and my heart is heavy.. Time does really go fast!! What great memories you are making. My children talk about the things we use to do.. they do appreciate it when they get older…
I actually know the couple that started Modern Kid Press. I wrote her a note to tell her that you were talking about one of their publications on your video!
My toxic trait in the kitchen is reading the whole recipe multiple times, buying the ingredients, then deciding it doesn't sound good anymore and not making it.
I am going to school to be a speech language pathologist. I love to get to see Jackson grow up and see his language develop, it is helping me in school with children's language development. Thank you for showing us your lives. I have been watching you since I was in middle school! 8th grade, now I'm a soon to be Junior in college. Can't wait to see Oliver grow.
My 32-year-old daughter is an SLP. She really enjoys her work! Good luck in school! (Another daughter is about to finish her 1st year in graduate school to become an Occupational Therapist. )
Jenn, Target also has a stuffed rigatoni for kids. It is in the same freezer as kidfresh in a red box. The kids love that one. Jackson would probably like that too. 😉
I always love the home vlogs. But the holiday home vlogs, I think, are my favorite. Lots of good family time. I love that Jackson seems to have a great attention span while working with Tim on the Lego set. I loved watching his excitement at what the Easter Bunny brought - both in his basket and in the yard. My husband and I have 4 "kids"; the youngest is 24 years old, but we don't have any grandkids yet. So watching Jackson is always really enjoyable (and I don't have to clean any messes!😂) Thank you so much, Trackers, for sharing your life with us! I look forward to your videos every day!
Hahaha Jackson sneaking a bite of doughnut 😂😂❤ His personality is going to show 10 fold now baby brother is here! That’s what happened with my 1st and 2nd, it’s the best! ❤ love y’all!
Aww, love Easter with littles. Some Easter egg non-candy ideas I've loved over the years for our kiddos were printed out coupons (extra game time, movie with mom, etc.) and homemade puzzle pieces that need to be assembled for a prize or a scavenger hunt where each egg has a clue to the next egg and the last egg has a special prize or leads to the basket.
I think this is one of my absolute favorite home vlogs!!! Jackson's excitement was so incredibly cute!!! Dinner looked AMAZING and seeing Oliver in his bunny outfit was the most perfect, most adorable way to end the vlog. That potato casserole looked SO GOOD!!!
I cant believe its been 13 years since ive been watching you guys what the heck happen to the time??? Now i live in orlando for 1 year and 5 months, i moved from orange county california to orange county florida 😂😂😂 great times watching you guys grow and now your whole family grow amazing thanks tracker fam 🎉❤🔥🤙🏻💯 i started watching you guys when i lived in las vegas for awhile.
All I can say is wow! You’re doing so much with two kids! Your dinner looked amazing, def came here to ask for the link for the mashed potato casserole, so thanks for that. I really appreciate how you share the hard side of being parents but still keep it positive. You’re all doing the best job!!!
Jackson cam = great commentary and good views of your floor 😂 Love LEGO & love to see you guys do a build together. 💚 TIM TRACKER??? is a trash truck now! 😂
Hello, Trackers, my name is Janet and I met you when you sailed on the Wish last November. You might remember I was the lady that got so excited to see you dining in Arrendelle that I didn't think about how rude it would be to interrupt your meal to say hello and introduce myself while you were eating. I watch you daily and have been ever since my son introduced me to your site way back when Jenn had pink hair--not sure how many years ago that was, but it has been quite a few. At any rate, I thought of you guys yesterday when I was out and about and I pulled up to a stoplight and in front of me was a Rivian truck with a 30day tag on it. I did not know there was a dealership here in Raleigh, but there must be. Thank you for all the news and experiences you share with us. If I see you at Lighthouse Point, I will try not to interrupt your family time. (I have a good travel agent, too. LOL)
Happy Easter Tracker's! Watching Jackson do his Easter Egg hunt gave me some flashback to doing them as a kid. We would go to church in the morning and then get home and were told to hide in our rooms while the bunny came. He hid real eggs for us though that my brother's and I had boiled and dyed with our Grandma. We also would always get a basket with a stuffed animal and some candy.
Aww I miss my boys being little and so excited for Easter! I wish I had thought of the Easter egg seeds way back then! Such a great idea! Oliver was the most precious Easter Bunny ever! One of my favorite vlogs! Happy Easter y’all! ❤️❤️
Awesome it looks like you had a great time nice pastry choices from your friend. Happy Easter! Love the money in the eggs way better then candy and allows Jackson to understand saving money
The dinner looked so good , happy first Easter Oliver and Jackson you are the coolest kid. Jenn I don’t know how you do it, you are awesome. Tim thanks for all u do too😊
Hi the tracker family happy Easter 🐣 I hope you had a lovely Easter break and it was really lovely that Jackson did a Easter hunt that’s so adorable collecting so many eggs 🥚🥰also tim and Jackson have a great father and son bond when making the Lego’s really enjoyed today’s vlog 🎉
Always love Jackson Cam. 😂 You know, one year the Easter Bunny left some muddy footprints in the kitchen by the table on his way in from the back yard. 37 years later some of that dirt is still stuck in the pattern of the flooring, but I see that more as a reminder of a happy memory. 🤷🏻♂️
How lovely to share your day. When I saw the money Jackson had I remembered the way my cousins used to teach their children to respect money. They used to divide say 3 dollars this way. They'd say save 1 in the piggy bank. Spend 1, and then give the last one to a charity. And they'd encourage their child to choose the charity, which obviously changed as their child grew up. I just think it's a great idea to start from when they're young. Cos it teaches them to respect money and also understand their responsibility to society. ....teach em young xx😘
Happy Easter!! No kids but plenty of nieces and nephews. I adore the jelly bean idea and gonna try it. Side note: shout out to Jen for dropping the brand of those Coach glasses in the outlet video. I was literally OBSESSED but too shy to reach out.
Cool story Bro! 😂 This video was so entertaining, love the at home vlogs. Love other videos too but I think the ones at home are my favorite. 😊 Oh and the Jackson Cam--- one of my favorite parts of the video!!!! 😁Happy Easter!
Jackson might have amazing hand writing. I wanted to write in cursive so badly before I was even in school and when I finally learned to do so, never went back. I get compliments on my writing all the time 💕
We didn't want to give our little guy too much candy in his eggs, so I found some Safari LTD Toob animals to put in his eggs. They became an obsession and now he collects them! And Safari LTD is a Florida company🌴
Prime Rib, Crown Roast of Pork, and Bone-in Pork Loin Roast are also good for Easter. Your Carrots looked really good!!! Jackson had so much fun!!! So cute!!! Glad you guys had a great Easter!!!
Jackson saying “I like this” so simply with so much happiness! Seeing him happy is so special. Y’all are phenomenal parents. Bless his heart, “that’s a lot of money!” Poor kid😆 Omg I laughed my butt off at your anakin waffle comment!!!!😂 This was one of my favourite part of the quarantine vlogs, we’re all the time lapses of the Lego builds! Funny thing, I was watching super 8 for the first time, and switched it off to watch ya’ll’s Easter vlog, so when the noise happen my heart started beating so fast!!!!
Happy Easter fam! Aww the Easter bunny sure knew what Jackson would like lol.....he was so excited! Every holiday with toddlers is chaos, wait til they`re both running around! Jenn that dinner looked so delicious!
As a former elementary teacher, I can assure you that the “sugar crazies” are real! Imagine 20-30 little ones on holiday party days and the days after a holiday! It is exactly what you experienced with Jackson…times 20-30! 😉
I'm a lefty myself and I learned how to pick my hand up off of the paper to see when I'm writing with things that smudge. Also, when I write in cursive my word flow is in a different direction. He will adapt. Just make sure his teachers know his a lefty. I cut myself badly in kindergarten with a pair or scissors that were meant for right hands.
Me again. I read the recipe you shared for the mashed potatoe casserole and I wanted to share this one that probably tastes the same and is a lot easier--would be easy to make for dinner any night of the week. Prepare a package of Instant Mashed Potatoes for 4 (I use the garlic flavored) . When done and cooled a little, add two beaten eggs, a small package of cream cheese and some chopped green onion to taste. Pour into a small greased casserole, top with a few pats of butter and a light dusting of paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Ii have a hard time finding those small blocks of cream cheese, so I buy the tubs that already have the chives in them and use about two Tablespoons and then I omit putting in my own green onion. Ingredients sound similiar and you would never know it is instant potatoes. I hope you try this as it very easy and makes a nice side dish.
I always make too much food for the holidays. I use them as a reason to try out new recipes so I can get feedback from multiple people. This year new foods were corn casserole and bourbon glazed carrots. Both were hits!
