The biggest tip that helped the most help for us with 2 is not blaming the baby for making him wait for things, and also tell the baby he needs to wait sometimes in front of Jackson. “Oliver i’m with Jackson right now” “Oliver lets be quiet Jackson is talking” sounds silly but GAME CHANGER

Speaking as a Kindergarten teacher for 16 years, I think it's great to let kids learn to lose at home with you. I have so many students where adults, with the very best of intentions, change the rules so their child never loses or is upset. Then they get to school and have an absolute meltdown when they lose a game with their friends. It's just too important to them. The sooner they learn winning and losing are a part of life and it's not a big deal either way, the easier the transition is. You're doing a great job! I always feel bad about how much pressure parents put on themselves to do things the "right" way. There are lots of different pathways to get to the same destination. One day this will just be "remember that time we got through that, that was crazy!"

First off let me just say you are killing it Jenn! Mothers never get the credit and the recognition that they deserve but one day a year! I couldn’t imagine everything that you have on your plate along with the daily duties you have going on, having to be a mom, a wife, a video editor, a chef, a cleaner, the laundry lady, so basically Wonder Woman! My heart really goes out to you! I really appreciate your openness and vulnerability with all of us. Even though reality is you are talking to a camera, we are here listening to you, and trying our best to empathize with you! Please never apologize for not having a video up or needing to take a day for a break to recoup and handle the daily stresses that come your way. Those that care about you and your family will always be here when you have the spare moment to join us! YOU ALL ARE DOING GREAT TRACKERS! We applaud and stand behind you! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

When you’re in the middle of so much, working from home (which is by no means easy,) having a newborn and toddler, staying home 24/7, is not easy. Your feelings are completely legitimate and not silly whatsoever. It’s super stressful, and knowing that behind the scenes, it’s not perfect, but you and Tim are both doing the best you can, and that is killing it! Hang in there and know your friends & family, viewers, and the universe are sending positive vibes, love, and hugs!!! ❤❤❤

Jackson (with his food struggles) is likely trying to find a way to control something in his life as he adapts to change. Earlier, someone suggested giving Jackson a choice between two (available) foods. He can choose one of what is offered, not just have an open "what do you want". Maybe that will help. You guys are wonderful parents.

Jenn, I'm glad you're discussing the hard parts because it can feel incredibly isolating when you're home alone and looking at other people's Instagrams and social media. It always feels like you're not measuring up. You definitely are! There are always going to be days when the baby's crying, the toddler's pushing your buttons, and everything feels a mess. It's okay. Rough days makes the good days feel even better. With Jackson getting into the picky phase, it's definitely going to add another layer of challenge but give him 2 options at meals of things you have on hand and you guys will get through it. ("You can have chicken nuggets or a grilled cheese. Taco is not on the menu") For toddlers, too many choices is as bad as no choices at all.

The best thing I ever did when mine were young is to schedule “me” time, even though I had every excuse in the world I couldn’t because I was too busy, just even pumping ahead of time having someone watch the baby and going to the parks for a couple hours or getting a massage or just going out to lunch with friends makes a world of difference. You’re an amazing wife, mom and presence in all our lives. Thank you for being so real. Know how much you’re loved, and what a wonderful Mommy Jackson and Oliver have. We’ve all felt the way you’re feeling today, and that’s perfectly fine. You time is also very important though, helps the not so good days to be a little easier. We love you.

Mother in her late 40s here, full time carer to disabled adult daughter. I think we are feeling the same. I've just started HRT, emotions all over and my gorgeous daughter is all consuming. I had a lovely cry watching tonight, thankyou. And, you are just where your meant to be, newborns aren't easy, toddlers aren't easy and you are still recovering. ❤

It's so hard for the little buddies to get acquainted with having a sibling but you are such amazing parents that he will transition well while still loving his new brother. Cravings are so weird, when I had anemia but didn't yet know it all I wanted to eat was popsicles. Apparently chewing ice is a sign of anemia.....crazy.

Home vlogs & authenticity are my favorite. Jenn, it’s one of your super powers! Sharing so openly. Thanks also for acknowledging non-moms too, it can also be hard if you’re only parenting yourself or furry babies or tending to older family members etc. Raising other humans is insane, to be clear tho 🤪 You’re doing awesome. We love y’all! 💕

Jenn you are so STRONG!!!!! By being honest and vulnerable about what you feel is your shortcomings is such a strong thing. ANY PERSON who keeps another person alive is “KILLING IT”!!!!! But where you are even more exceptional, is that you air it all and allow us to see it all (and judge it all). Praying for your continued strength and hoping there are MANY more “fantastic”days than “rough” ones.

Awe Jenn, I never hardly comment…I’ve been watching for 6 years and I felt I need to tell you both and Jackson, that your feelings are okay, they’re real, it is all okay. Thanks for sharing. You can only do one task at a time. As long as your family is feed, warm and safe, you are Killing it. GET A HOUSE Cleaner! When the house cleaner is there, pick a room and you and the kids camp out with the door shut….it’s okay! ❤

Trying to get a toddler to sleep while explaining that the baby isn’t staying up and she’s going to sleep soon too. Totally forgetting what your partner looks like as you both try to deal with a child each. It definitely gets easier and you’re doing an amazing job ♥️♥️

Hey Jenn, I just wanted to say thank you for being my "mom friend" today. I was feeling incredibly isolated and like I didn't have a pal in the world this morning. I struggled to find the gumption to keep pushing through the day today. I put on this particular vlog in the background while I made my toddler his lunch (which he then proceeded to throw onto the kitchen floor) and it was actually kind of refreshing to know that I wasn't alone. A lot of people only show the "pretty side" of parenting. So thank you for making me feel like I wasn't alone today. I hope that your days do get easier real soon. I can absolutely relate to lack of personal time. It's been over a year now and I feel like the only time I'm ALONE, is when I grab milk and eggs from the corner store. I only have the one kiddo so far, so I can hardly imagine how tough some days can get. Sending love and rooting for you from Canada! - Cheryl
