I'm so glad your vlogs are about your life and the things you're doing now instead of being all about food/eating with this big hole of all the the things you're not doing! You look way better and seem happier, like there are normal things on your mind and caring about other things again. I'm sure it's still hard and you're having to learn to live with the part of you that wants to use anorexia to cope and avoid the unknowns in life but keep going, you're strong and you can choose to do things every day which are healthy for you because you deserve it, even when it's hard! Life is good :)

Thankyou so much for going back to the old way of editing, I was really upset because I couldn't watch the ones with all the music playing over the top of the footage because it was like massive sensory overload and I couldn't focus on the vlogs! Wasn't it triggering for you when Satara decided to lose weight and start heavy training? I know you were always proud how she did not pay much attention to this and ate freely, lived and loved her body without conditions. It must have been hard. Fact that Alisha is eating mostly healthy snacks is definitely not easy for you either. Anorexia is genetically based illness that is triggered by energy deficit so they should be veeeery careful.
If you follow Elzani you will have noticed (i hope) that she doesnt respond to any ED related questions/comments. Have you ever wondered why? Maybe she wants to forget about her past and that dark place that consumed her for so many years. Despite what we believe, it obviously IS possible to recover from anorexia and it would appear Elzani is demonstrating this perfectly. She wants her sisters to be happy. And if they are happier losing a little weight, then Elzani will 100% support them! She's clearly 'not' triggered

Heeeyy...love the video...it's Incredible to watch you have do much fun going out, eating yummy foods that you know you enjoy very much now, all the adventures like walks on the beach, shopping with the gals, the fun sing alongs, the funny games and tiktok videos, times spend with Incredible, supportive, lovely people(your fam), and well....so much more. Your baking is awesome as well as your cooking. You inspire me to keep pushing even when I have times where I sooo want to give up recovering. You are admirational, so beautiful, so intelligent, interesting and caring. I live love love your humor and the sass. Plz unfollow if you’re triggered! She was in a very bad place and she got herself out of it, we are all so proud of her and I want everyone to see how incredible she is. People all have different paths and Satara is an inspiration because unlike so many now a days she bettered herself in a healthy, safe way. I gained over 30kgs of weight to get healthy and happy, she lost some - both ended in the same result! The main take away from this is that you need to EAT to fuel yourself to live your best life, but only when you trust your body do you live happily. Like I said, please unfollow! Have a great day 😊

You lost some weight, satara. I know that's difficult. I have an eating disorder as well. I was over 200 lbs and dove to 133lbs and almost perished last summer. You two are lucky. You have a support team. I'm so happy Elzani is better. bye.
