This is called gazebo because when the first restaurant came there in 2011, it actually looked like gazebo. The area is totally changed now. It used to be open space before with no roof. We were the first batch in the college. We even had our classed in Administrative block

OMG! I am a 2015 batch pass out from this campus and it has changed so much. Gazebo has changed, admin block has changed, clock tower too have probably changed. Proud to say that I am from the second batch (BTech) that passed from this campus.

I still haven't received my degree yet, so I don't have clear proof of it, yes buy I have heard some of our seniors telling us that the name on degree will be " Vellore Institute of Technology " ( No mention of Which campus ) But Once I get my degree certificate I will be able to tell you exactly.

Chennai is better in terms of Teaching bro, For placements you would have equal opportunity, but again if you are technically sound then only things will work out correct for you and that can happen more efficiently at Chennai campus, rather than AP campus. So my choice would be Chennai. Hope this would help you.

I don't have proper knowledge about it, but yeah there is an exam VITMEE you have to write it and based on its ranking you will get your seat. There is no merit or anything, the fees will be same for all.

Sorry for the late reply brother!🙏 Hostel fees is nearly 1.2 lakhs for 4 sharing Non AC rooms with vegetarian mess for 1 year!. You can check different options and their prices on VIT website it's given there.
