Dave you need to try some poles to take the strain off your Knees and keep your more up right , ive never looked back since using them, enjoyed your vlog thanks for sharing !👍

Thanks. I tried them and they would be handy downhill maybe 10 % of the time. But otherwise I found them a nuisance. I left them at styles too lol. I just couldn't get used to carrying them, plus I have to use my cameras and it gets kinda busy juggling poles and cameras. I might try again at some point, but it would be a matter of time before I list them en route lol. Same reason I don't wear glasses 🤓

@@davesgreatescapes Dont talk about glasses I left a pair on Watkins path coming back off Snowden , just been In to spec savers for a new pair £168 quid couldnt believe it Lol !
