Awesome build brother! It sounds and runs great. Good dyno numbers also. I have a white 02 SS with Weld S71. BMR lowering springs etc. I’ve been thinking about a heads and cam package. Props
@@StonedElephant the aftermarket fuel pump needs more power. The stock harness doesn’t really suffice. This Hotwire kit re-directs the power source straight to the alternator to draw more power. It’s very easy to install, all plug and play.
It’s crazy how similar your car is to mine. I look at mine and I go eh. When I see someone else’s I’m like wow. I replayed it over and over did you say 470/418? Can’t believe the strut bar clears the 92 I have a 102 it won’t fit over it.
I love your video and how you explained everything, I have a 00 SS Camaro I am looking to modify, so many ways, what do you recommend, how wide are the rear tires? I have C8 corvette wheels on mine 295/30/20 rears and 265/35/19 fronts
I've got an 01 z28 and this is precisely the kind of build I'm going for except I need a catted y-pipe(strict VA emissions). Glad you posted this, I'm probably going to be referencing this video a lot for my own car. P.S. What wheel/tire specs?
@@Josh-lz3xo I have no complaints. They have good grip and ride smooth. Michelins also run a little bigger btw. It’s closer to a 295 even tho technically they are 285s.
Whats the info on the wheels and tires mines dropped about the Same and im just running some z06 wheels at the moment but definitely love that setup wasn't sure what I could really fit
dyno vid is posted w my graph, I don’t just make up numbers lol. And yes wheel not crank. There’s NA builds more radical reaching over 500 wheel so not sure what’s ehhh about that. Quality parts make the difference. 👍🏻
So you’re in disbelief bc your car with a completely different HCI build didn’t put down anywhere near these numbers? I spent twice the amount on my heads and cam package my man. Search other builds w TFS 215s heads. Guys are making close to 500 wheel. Proper fueling, supporting mods, 6spd, depending where you live. So many factors take place as well. I also have a prior video showing the dyno and numbers. I’m always upfront w my mods and build. My point isn’t to scold it’s to educate and my channel is for information and to help ppl w their future builds.
I feel like all the variables are fair for him to make the numbers stated. My build is similar haven’t had it dynoed just street tuned. Saying that to say that my car is neck and neck with my buddies C5 Z making 472rwhp dyno proven. So it is possible.
