In May '22, it's a pity I didn't see your videos before now - the special offer was good then! Wonderful wall idea (I'd put Jasmine there too) but that c. 'Rubra' is fantastic; want one.
@@kenblackclematis8272 Thank you, that's helpful Ken. Yesterday, shopping for other garden stuff I found 'Blue Dancer' and 'Willy' both mature pots in 'vgc' - now hopefully have early to late flowers.
Saw the back cover of the book and noticed a taiga clematis on the corner me 😁I am new in clematis in this was my first buy and was watching your videos some days now… coincidence?
Hi Wendy. I agree that it would have looked much better doing as you suggest. However, it would have been impossible to prune the later ones without pruning the early Spring clematis by mistake.
@@kenblackclematis8272 thank you Ken thanks for your reply which will help any new growers with bright ideas like mine! I'm still at the pot stage; it's helped to sort preferences - colours etc.'Taiga'still pretty in Box hedge.

If you would like to join the British Clematis Society I can offer you a single UK membership of £25 for 18 months. If you are interested go to www.britishclematis.org.uk We would be delighted to have you as a member
