Hello angels and welcome back for another Sunday vlog. This week was exactly what the doctor ordered. From hiking up to Tom's Thumb to taking in deep breaths at yoga classes at Civana Wellness Resort this vlog covers it all. Now that I've been to Arizona I cannot wait to visit again and trek more off the beaten path. Please do leave your recommendations for my next trip down in the comments.
