Jeff Pelliteir and bad weather, part 43! 😁 Been there in february and the Gulfoss was all white! Never experienced winds so cold in my life! Whata country!!!
Awesome views, I was immediately reminded of Björk, and I guess clearing her music for the video would have been too much! Some places look straight out of Death Stranding.
Iceland is one of the most stunning places! I'd love to go back one day. I remember someone telling us years ago at our fist campsite, "If you don't like the weather in Iceland, just wait 5 minutes. It might get better, but it'll probably get worse." 😂
Jeff, thanks for reminding me how beautiful and harsh Iceland can be. We camped at some of the same spots. Beautiful videography, makes me want to go back and explore some of the areas we didn't get a chance to.
Great Video showing the landscape, weather etc. of this beautiful travelling destination. I was in Iceland for 10 days three weeks ago and we were so lucky with the weather, only one day with proper rain.
Thanks for sharing. I was in Iceland for several weeks last year and besides seeing some of the areas you were in, I had a chance to visit all of the fishing villages around the island.
Magnificent, the duration should be 10-14 days 🤩. So it would be possible to explore more on the south coast. Like the Thakgil region, with the nicest campground on the island.
As always an incredible and wonderful video. Congrats on your finish at the swissalps100. Thanks to livetracker I could follow you👍👍👍and 21 place is impressive. 🎉
Your group trips always look amazing. I liked the “dragon” territory too-I bet walking through the newly created lava field was such a unique experience. I can’t wait to see the race film and footage from Audrèe’s trip. Another great vlog update!
You're at Thingvellir the most sacred place in Iceland 🙏💕 not just any place and at this location you can say it's s micro plate but mother Earth is big and the rifts are like stretch marks it's all over Iceland
I think there is also a pretty long boundary between the Eurasian and North American plates in far eastern Russia. So you could probably stand on both continents there as well.
Elizabeth and I went out to Hornstrandir a few days prior to connecting with the full group - otherworldly. We only had a day there but explored north from Hesteyri up to the pass over to Kjaransvik.
@@JeffPelletier thanks for the info 👍my wife is getting me into trail running and I found your channel and gotta say your movies are inspiring me to think about running more and longer. I’ve never been this interested in running before!! But the idea of trail running in stunning locations is really helping. Wonder if I should start to take my drone with me too! Although I’m just doing it for fun.
wait, 42 years old, running a 9minute pace (freedom units!), and hr of only 126bpm???? what witchcraft be this? Even the 11minute pace with hr of 129bpm is dark arts. What is your deep sleep resting rate? What is your max rate? Have you done a Bruce test, and what were the results?
